02/2/2021 14:43 | Condor has no need of extra cash at the moment and has had some anyway from the recent conversion of warrants which we could have more of this week. So I don’t think a rights issue is on the cards. What CNR wants is the share price at £1+ when they need to do the final raise to go into production part of which will be equity. New equity will be kept to a minimum as Mark doesn’t want to be diluted. | 888icb
02/2/2021 14:19 | Asking price is on the selling board. It will not go up unless someone else bids for it. Rights issue on the cards? | book5
02/2/2021 14:02 | Mark has said the Government will assist with the land so let him deal with it. The time lines are important but not for public discussion likewise with the toll mining. If the land is holding up the toll mining you wouldn’t want the landowners to know that because they would put the price up. | 888icb
02/2/2021 13:37 | 888 The miners have already asked what they want, in the village this is public info. Cnr is not accepting it, and CNR has not told us what the miners want. Questions are: -what and when the goverment is going to do anything about it, IF anything at all. -is the land issue stopping toll mining? | book5
02/2/2021 13:35 | I think it is important to let Mark get on negotiating the various deals that need to be done. It is rarely helpful when negotiating to have to report your progress in a public forum. So while we as shareholders like to know how things are progressing it’s better to wait until accomplished before reporting back. Just remember 4 years of disastrous BREXIT negotiations having to report to Parliament every 5 minutes. If the last land owners think he needs the land right now they will obviously ask for more. | 888icb
02/2/2021 13:20 | Odie Imho The strategy you refer to is directed mainly to us, the believers. Locals know enough no to fall for the Spinning. The have contacts in all companies involved bcs they work for them. | book5
02/2/2021 13:06 | Odie I know that, thanks But doubting has implications on timetable Are they currently speaking to the goverment? Or are they spinning? Which are the deadlines? Anwser it will take time.... Lately Very quiet | book5
02/2/2021 12:58 | @book I think you are confused because you take village rumors too serious. This is a stragetic game where the message depends on the addressee. | oldiegoldie
02/2/2021 12:15 | 888 Agree with you I have detected some minor spinning on last presentation (water purifying machine delivery date to Nicagua, rather than to the village, as well as who is going to serve: mainly cnr needs, then village?), also my trust is undermined by comunications given to locals regarding toll mining (rumors). I am confused, and I am assuming I see only the top of the iceberg. I believe market perceives direction is unclear. Hopefully the land is solved soon, may be (i dont know) this is the key for toll mining too. | book5
02/2/2021 11:56 | I am not sure why you say the market is not trusting us. The problem is the market doesn’t think we are moving fast enough to achieve the stated mile stones and can therefore delay their investment. The problem or should I say risk with that approach is that an event that would move the share price sharply higher on a permanent basis could happen any day. The most dramatic one would be a bid which is a very real possibility for a company at Condors stage. Toll mining would be a game changer for the finances and all the land would tick a big box. So in it to win it as they say because the next time Condor soars it’s likely to near vertical and remain high. | 888icb
02/2/2021 11:36 | Market is not trusting us. We have PR with some spinning, hopefuly only minor. Treating us like children. | book5
02/2/2021 10:46 | Treading water time me thinks '888ICB', won't be too bad as long as we don't drift down on no news in the meantime. ATB & GLA as always! | connect5
02/2/2021 10:28 | Another quiet morning at CNR volume 35009 from 10 trades and share price unchanged. | 888icb
01/2/2021 10:19 | Read SirAF's posts , no sure if posts are here or in LSE | book5
01/2/2021 10:15 | Book when was the Calibre approach to Jim Mellon? | oapknob1

01/2/2021 09:46 | Have condor got much silver...? | 1airbag
01/2/2021 09:13 | A positive start to the month Up 2.6% on volume of 51000. | 888icb
31/1/2021 22:21 | SirAF I read with interest that Calibre approached Jim Mellon to buy CNR. I wonder if offers were discussed. If true, I believe this may be one of the reasons why he keeps adding ;) Silver up 6% | book5
31/1/2021 22:02 | Questions to MC, Could Calibre approach the miners to buy their concession? Could Calibre or a wealthy individual buy the land at Nance Dulce before than us. What about the previous talk of compensating miners for a life of lost earnings? Many thanks | book5
31/1/2021 21:33 | No given land to the miners would be wrong. To me the miners are not asking for what we cant afford. They have mined in la India for generations. They know that when condor leaves, their way of life will come to an end unless they secure land. They are holding to their concesion, a ravine (two strips of land, each around 20 m wide at both sides of the stream) , and even though it cant be mined during 6 months, it is the only land they owned. I know they are asking for something much better of what they have, but that should not be our major concern. Raise Cash (new shares or toll minig) and secure land to exchange it for the cooperative's one, or be prepared to give away la Mestiza, or no to mine on their land. Jim Mellon could be interested to finance this. They have a concession to mine, which was given to them by the goverment. Similar to what we have , except that they are actually mining it with 9 pound hammers and buckets to earn a modest living. We should be pragmatic and not too greedy. Gla | book5
29/1/2021 19:22 | Imho to solve the land issue what we need is cash, in the worst case we may need: $6000x187=1.1million to compensate miners Say another 2 to 4 million to buy land for them If goverment would facilitate the finance to buy the land I believe we could solve the problem tomorrow. Miners asked for $6000 per associate as start position, they may accept 3000. Gla | book5
29/1/2021 17:07 | What gives you confidence Mark can take us to production out of interest? As they say about Myanmar...the possibilities are endless but the execution is almost impossible. | diggybee
29/1/2021 15:56 | Market wants 2 things. Toll mining and land purchase. Everything else is white noise and will range trade till then. Once the above are announced into the 60s | mikeh30 |
