Yesterdat Visit to site, apparently from Mr Lucks (or Lux as I was told his name sounds) (Skr - Check yesterday rns under qualified persons) was about infilling drilling planning, & America tunnel visual survey .
Drilling will be subcontracted out. As per rns, it will happen in the near future.
He spoke to local miners, apparently he said meeting btw cnr - cooperative coming soon.
Exciting times
Now or never, keep the faith, all I hear tallies with company comunications, which relaxes me.

Yes the share price has ended the day where it started after 22 trades for a volume of 225000 and with buys outnumbering sells 3:1. It makes no sense particularly with the positive statements in the report. Maybe tomorrow some drilling news to give it a push!

It seems that none of the good news and efforts by MC are rewarded share price wise, considering I purchased shares at £2 when we had nothing in comparison, unbelievable!

"The project is proceeding as if the company owns 100% of the land as the company is confident of securing the balance. Geotechnical drilling is currently underway on the embankment locations for the tailings storage facility and water retention reservoir together with some 58 test pits including a dozen on the location of the processing plant"There is still a difference between 93 and 100 though. It would be nice to have that 100 secured.

True, because the 93% is listed under "post-period", in the meaning of "after sept. 30th up to now Nov 12th" we aquired another 8%.
Sorry for my confusion.
Looks great and we have a good momentum currently.

93% present

Do we have now bought 85 or 93 % of the land within the permitted La India open pit mine site infrastructure area?
RNS is unclear on that

Strong cash balance & reduced losses with production drawing closer, seems a good entry point.

a good read
they are confident to acquire rest of the land
In-filling drilling programmes in the open pits have been designed, drilling is expected to commence in the near future.

MC said before he would like to do some in-flling drilling on the Mestiza before a toll mining agreement is signed

imho factual and confident report, we should go up today

If I could recommend one video for Condor investors to watch from this year, its this one..

Watch the whole thing if you can spare time, but particularly skip to 17 minutes into the video just to see the Q+A session which outlines CNR plans..

Its the best Ive seen.. my confidence comes from watching videos like this and reading the broker notes from WHI and SPAngel.. its not just private investors like me that are saying that this is undervalued, its every professional mining analyst who comment on the company.. plus billionaires have their money in here, having done their own due diligence via the guys they employ. Yes every investment has risk, but this is on the cusp of cashflow, construction for a plant producing 170koz pa at low costs.. and all when we are facing money supply expansion, inflation that will be amazing for the gold price.. which reminds me - to hear an expert technical analysts view of the gold price in the next two years, listen to this video from 17 min 30 seconds into it.. its very interesting.. 2985 gold in 2 years is his target.. and he is not even a gold bug!

There are not big sellers here, all is manipulation.
Problem for them is, MC is doing a good job banging the drum, and we are collecting info.... So we know, hence resist the pull backs, and add some here and there

Some may think I am nuts, but I have my reasons. In many cases Things are not what they seem, knowing is key.

Gla, patience though

you seem very confident T2020, many here have been worn down by CNR. As you say the relevant news to create share price movement can't be far off.

Hopefully a few read my post this am and managed to get in for the rise today.. If the seller has finally cleared (Randy Martin possibly - anyone got L2?) then the subsequent rise on any positive news will be pretty decent so its certainly not too late at all.. of course, I am holding 500k shares until £2 at the very least so a small move up to 60p is irrelevant for me.. (but appreciate thats 50% up from here for some :)

If Calibre have any sense, they will have been buying the share overhang to build a stake here.. I am still looking out for any RNS for increase/decrease of holdings, JM director buys etc - he was buying at 50p, so sub 40p will have been irresistible for him Im sure..

Love commodity TV - Joachim is fantastic.. I wish he did all MC's interviews..

Eta blocked access to the avispero, those miners can't work, they will struggle to put food on their plates. Tunnel entrance is literally buried with small stones, and appears to be dangerous.
They may ask for help to cnr to borrow machine .. No sure though

Explotec
They Are doing the control explotions at the Libertad.
3 of their engineers came to work to cnr offices for one week, and visited the village cantinee. Apparently they will be doing the control explosions for us too.
I understand they will be coming back to our offices soon.
To me, it smells as if a study for toll mining is in been done.. However I heard no rumor about this.

I asked for some photos of works done at the Mestiza access road. Finguers cross I may get some, but difficult as majority of my contacts dont have cars...

book5, thanks for your post last evening about explotec, wonder if they are doing something for the TSF drilling etc. I seem to remember a comment about infill drilling required on Mestiza, perhaps thats why road is being improved to get the drill rigs up there. Glad to see La India escaped Eta without too much trouble..

Regarding toll milling, I think its rapidly becoming a case of put up or shut up for Calibre. Either they do the toll deal, or they have to make an offer for the whole shooting match. Granted, that could be an initial hostile cheap offer and it will get rejected, but either way for CNR it has to usher in a re-rate of some kind.

If Calibre dont do some kind of deal for toll or outright bid, CNR might have some options for toll milling via Mako at San Albino.. and they undoubtedly can go ahead with plant deposit / purchase, mine construction and mine schedule decision in parallel with that.. But if Calibre really did want to buy CNR, then they wont want Mako getting contractually involved or perhaps even committing CAPEX spending / debt financing on plant equipment.. for their hub and spoke approach, it would be far simpler to come in and buy the resource then use La India as high grade ore for trucking to La Libertad without spending the $100M CAPEX.

I dont think an offer for CNR would be entertained below £1.50 a share. And I dont think MC will want Calibre to buy La India and not put up a mine there as the company has been promising the locals they will.. but Calibre might just want to test the waters with long suffering long term shareholders to see if they can do it on the cheap and therefore bypass any sentimentality. Their recent high share price would give them a good way to do it by issuing some equity to fund the purchase - very accretive and not very dilutive at all..

Watch this space I think folks. I know this is just me musing here, but it sounds pretty logical to me.. (any alternative viewpoints welcome) I mean if you were Calibre (Rio Tinto) what would you be looking at doing given the macro economic situation for gold prices?!

888 - I find the format here harder to use - i think its easier on LSE, but not much good if it doesnt work.

Connect5 - when you get the video, listen to MC answer the first question (mine).. He talks of more drilling in next 12 months, infill and resource expansion.

A lot of technical analysts are calling for gold to hit $24-2500 from here very soon after the pull back to 1850.. A rise like that could well spark a massive bull run for shares like CNR. Tier 2 deposit with potential for Tier 1, low AISC costs, low CAPEX costs.. proven jurisdiction for gold.

I think TSX market attention is now absolutely critical as well - Canadian market appreciates gold juniors and understands south american jurisdictions so much better.. The lack of liquidity on TSX is very frustrating. Average volumes traded on TSX are 5k shares or less than CAD$5000 a day - its pathetic. Compare that to the volume on LSE, usually 200k and above, at least 40x the liquidity.

With WHI note giving a 10%DCF valuation in its broker note, but possibly seen as a 5%DCF to the canadian market, the valuation changes from 130p to 170p - i.e the current market capital of CNR as the difference!! We need more liquidity with shares placed onto the TSX to allow retail and institutional investors there to take a position.. its a no brainer.. Look at Calibre and Mako valuation/market cap on TSX to see what I mean.. TSX CXB and TSX MKO
