12 months to production and currently funded for 6 months or so is not an issue. We all know their will be a mixture of debt and equity to actually fund the construction and operation of the mine. Mark in his own interest as well as all existing shareholders wants the equity funding to be as low as possible to avoid a lot of dilution.
When people say Condor is underperforming I think this is related to Mark wanting to control expenditure and avoid dilution. This will be very much in shareholders interests but takes longer to get to production.
Mark is working really diligently to get this into production and deserves more support from investors than he is currently getting. It is in everyone’s interest to get the share price to a much higher level over the next six months so that when new equity is raised it can be at more than £1 per share.
It is looking very promising and we can expect regular news flow from now.

May be Disagreement is bcs a director does not believe a toll mining agreement is necessary in current market ( easy financing and cheap second hand plant) .
So lets check: how much does cost to buy and install the second hand mill?, do we need toll mining? , and if we need it, let's reduce it as much a possible.
It sounds to me, all part of the assurance we need to obtain the maximum value for shareholders.

Still 12 months from any production, the market wants a toll mining deal to exploit the high gold price and generate revenues, Child is either reluctant to go down this route or cannot get it across the line.

Child said historically that revenues from toll mining would finance mine development thus avoiding equity dilution if this does not happen then more shares will be issued, probably around the current low price. Not good.

In an interview mid year he suggested there has been disagreements at Board level concerning the way forward, this has not been elaborated on since but Condor now have a major shareholder selling down once again.

Question is where is the boardroom friction coming from, is Child a dictatorial type or is billionaire Mellon pulling the strings ?

Condors share price has under-performed the market by a very significant number, the question is why?

In current gold market a 40 million second hand plant is durable. We will have many warrants converted into shares, plus may be a toll mining agreement. We may need to raise only 20 million or less.

Yes
All those Toyotas,,.... was Guatemala their destination? ... , it seems a second hand plant from Guatemala is one of the options and probably last week the team was overthere.
Cnr is getting exciting , in the coming days news could be coming much faster.

Very good video
It tallies with what I was told:
With 93% of land project is viable, one way or the other a Production mine can be delivered, there are options..main reason is we have support from goverment, they are flexible.
Time plays in our favour to get all land, waiting 2 or 3 years to buy it all may not be the end of the world if mine can star producing. By then we will have full rights over all land we have bought, people perceptions and opinions will change when mine start producing and jobs are available from next year (construction phase) and onwards.
He suggests bringing plant has some issues, probably related with covid restrictions. I heard people applying to cross nicaragua frontier need to have covid clean certificates, but they are available at $150.
Half empty glass or half full glass? Imho a profitable gold mine is feasible. May be too optimistic? Time will say. Now I am no so worry about the land, we should not be too forceful to get it.

Gold is dug out of the ground every day and has been for a very long time so we know it’s there. We just want Condor to dig it out in large quantities which they will fairly soon. I am not despairing but I do feel sorry that Marks hard work is not fully appreciated by the market.

Mark must want to despair"
-------------
The only thing that will get this moving is if they start to dig gold out of the ground. In the absence of that it is all hot air and hope. Otherwise...

Market reacted very well to the Mestiza and America mining licenses fully permitted.
We need the same for la India, and for that the land.
Company seems confident we will get it, deadline is the end of this year.

Mark must want to despair! Positive news released about accelerating the project and the share price is Up 10% in less than 1 hour. It then proceeds to give away that gain slowly over the next 5 hours so it’s back where it started on volume of just 286000.
The company has given a big hint that everything else must be progressing well but it seems the market needs something major to grab the attention of investors. Come on Mark you need to accelerate a few more things like 100% land and toll mining while you are in Nicaragua.

We don't have all the land yet, only all the land the mine site infrastructure will be built on, we are close though.

Yesterday Rush to buy lots of 5000 at around 40.50, and today sell them at 42?
To have more effect, perhaps cnr should send rns to the LSE/Angel after 16:30.

Re Doña Julia Rivera, I don't have new information.
Latest rumor I heard is that apparently she had agreed to sell in the future, but she needs to put a date on it. Very Difficult for her to let her land and house go...unlike the rest of her family, she is not really interested in money. I believe with more time she will sell on her own conviction .

I wonder if Mark is going to do an interview on the back of this RNS to get the latest news more widely known as one would expect a lot more volume than the 249000 from 32 trades we have seen so far.

Interested in buying here at sometime but quote is misleading at the moment:

Quoted Price

42 / 45

No quote to sell at the moment, but can buy at 43.

The commencement of ground investigations via a geotechnical drilling program of 20 drill holes and 58 test pits on the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF), La Simona water retention reservoir and processing plant site demonstrates Condor's commitment to advance La India Project to construction. Condor has previously completed a Pre-Feasibility level design on the TSF and water retention reservoir. The decision has been taken to accelerate the Project, by-passing a Feasibility level design, which is typically required for bank lending and go directly to a TSF Final level of design, which will, subject to funding, allow the fast tracking of the Project to future operational status

I think we are exceptionally close to the game changers.

All land acquired at La India.
Deposit on mill (second hand or new).
Toll deal (an outlier but still a firm possibility for a 12 or 18m deal).

Don't forget further prospective drilling and any site preparation at any of the plots, all are newsworthy.

In the first hour of trading CNR should have been noticed by the market as it is number 9 on the leaderboard on volume of 192000.

I agree with your comment but very important to tell the market that CNR is accelerating towards production. Clearly indicates they don’t see a problem with the land acquisition to meet the acceleration and the Mill sorted and/or toll deal.

This sort of thing is just child's play (pardon the pun) compared to ALL land acquired at La India, Mill sorted and/or toll deal arranged.
