I think you have a good point. There is a lot of action in the gold space and Condor is just not getting on the radar despite being so close to production. We are very undervalued against the other gold mining companies operating in Nicaragua let alone globally which is very frustrating. It would be good to get an offer even if it was rejected just to get us on a few radars at a higher value.

My gut with CNR is that we've been at it so long many don't actually believe we have reached the main phase. This I believe is why we have such poor share price performance.

Yes good to see gold rising to 1920. CNR quiet on volume of 79000.

You are wellcome.

Miners want land to sustain their children and grand children jobs when we leave. It appears that Their land is strategically located on the main pit.

Imho We will not be able to purchase the miners land with a cpo without having a revelion, therefore to get a deal we need to share the land we own.

Do we have other land to offer to them outside the main pit? imho Yes we do, la Mestiza, but we probably consider the Mestiza too rich to let it go. Is there any other alternative? Cnr will decide what we bring to the table.

What is clear to me is that a deal can be reached.

Hopefully the negotiations will start soon.

Sp needs to go higher to reduce dilution as much as possible. As land adquisition efforts seem to be delayed, it will make sense if CNR implements a toll mining deal.

First we would need to design a safe engineered toll mining scheme that deals with current site constraints. Basically, to extract rocks (selection of sites where we can safely use explosives, cleaning of site, installation of small facilities would be required) and transport rocks probably to La Libertad.

The Earth road we have recently repaired could become handy. I wondering if they have been improving the road to the Mestiza too.

We could use prefrabricated cabins to reduce construction process.

Heavy rain season should end by mid November.

Could we have a toll mining deal to start delivering rock this year? I believe so.

By the way, new engineer discipline faces in town.

Jim Mellon has 16% and has been buying recently, he is not the type to throw money away.

One thing I have noticed is it does not take much to move the share price, very little volume needed.

The most likely time for a bid is after all land purchases and before production. So next year if it is going to happen. The further along we get the less likely it becomes, because share price will be climbing by then as project gets de-risked.

They do seem to be making a colossal meal of what is an age old thing. People have been mining gold for thousands of years. It isn't rocket science.

The fact that the majors aren't sniffing around at this stage makes me think it might all be a load of 'razzle dazzle' flim flam......

Yes, but financial modelling requires to know weather the foundations for heavy structures will be on expensive bored piles, or cheap ground bearing slab. We are in a seismic area.
So we need all finance info before we are shovel ready.
Probably geotechnical info in 8 weeks.
There are multiple issues we will need to resolve in order to start producing, we may don't know all, but the land it is not.

Technical issues, like water flooding risks could derail a project, it happened to other companies before; small shareholders are the last ones to know. For me this is the largest technical risk (and I mean it) , till proven otherwise of course.....I believe in winter there is a ravine running through the centre of our main pit. However we are high in the mountaneious terrain, so there should not be lots of land upstream, some pumps in standby should mitigate the consequences of heavy rain.
May be CNR could update us on the flooding risks/mitigation studies done recently, a small video would do.
