Conversations are carrying on, everybody fights its corner... .
To buy rest of land may not be the highest priority at the moment.
I suspect critical objective is to avoid unnecessary dilution, and that an agreement / disagreement with Calibre is the pivot point for rest of decision making.

Yesterday a poster on another bb posted an illustration of the effect of the increase in the price of gold on the value of CNR:

To put it another way - the price of gold went up $40 yesterday.. So at 2.4Moz of gold, the value of condors resources i.e gold in the ground just increased by $96M - IN ONE DAY.. yet the market cap of the company was/is only about $75M.. When your primary asset increases in value in a single day by way more than the market cap of the entire company.. something has to give.. And with gold looking to hit $2000.. Another $140 from here.. thats yet another increase of around $336M in value.. Or over 4x the market cap.. (??!!!)

As LTH's, we need to strap ourselves in here, this is going to be stratospheric..

It is certainly something to bear in mind and makes you realise how ridiculously low the current share price is.

Goldrush - I agree. They had a value of £1.02 but this was based on a lower gold price of I seem to recall $1600. Also based on mine in full running production.

They do give optimistic valuations based on increases in POG but even at current prices were no where near £3.50. Probably just optimistic thinking.

At current POG this will be well north of £1 in full production
Without doing any calcs I suspect more like £2. Current price should certainly be considerably more than 46p

I'm not sure broker notes ever have that much use. They are just an informed opinion like many on here who look at the numbers properly.

Gold moving up again now 1880 which is adding more value to CNR. 1900 is now a clear target. This is good for CNR so it is disappointing that CNR is not currently continuing yesterday’s rise. In this environment you would hope Mark is working hard on a toll mining agreement to bring some serious cash in from the current gold price.

From the Broker Note I cannot see where SPA said CNR was worth £3.50.....Have they not placed a value of £1.02....apologies or have I missed something along the way...

I was also not expecting the retrace following the recent rise to 60p. On the rise I moved quite a few shares into my isa and my wife’s at 50p level thinking this was it. If I had waited for the retrace I could have moved more shares. I don’t think we will have to wait very long to be back at the 60p level.
Gold having fallen a little after the 1860 high this morning is now even higher at 1870 which has added many additional £ millions to Condors value!

888ICB this is not a critical response to your post, as I unfortunately bought a fair chunk for me anyway, after the last jump in the share price at £0.56p only to see it retrace to the late 30's!!!!!! My thinking/plan was that this would continue to rise allowing me the opportunity to average down or sell a portion and bank free shares. This share for whatever reason with no blame attached to anyone let alone MC, doesn't behave in the way one might expect it to. ATB & GLA.

I think its more to do with movement in the precious metals than anything specific to CNR. That said, my guess is things are moving at lightning speed at CNR HQ and moonshot news could be around the corner at any time.

Those who recall how quickly we climbed from 40p to 60p in May should be careful not to miss out on this rise. The difference this time is it is most likely to continue moving north towards the share price Angel initial target of just over £1. Now Up 15.7%.
1.1 million is good volume and I don’t think we are finished yet. I am trying to recall the volume on the last run to 60p.

Nicaragua has been poorly explored for the last 50 years.
It is a country with additional gold deposits to be discovered. Plenty of opportunities to find more gold in our concessions and beyond.
There is an extensive mining culture within the population.
If you want to become a miner, go over there....

Jim Mellon has been in from the start and it was Jim Mellon buying more shares just before Nicaragua was announced over 10 years ago that caused me to buy into Condor fortunately at a very low price. His recent 400000 purchase was a clear signal to the market which is finally being taken notice of today.
