22/7/2020 11:02 | There we go a buy at 46p and CNR now up 8.4% at 45p | 888icb
22/7/2020 10:58 | The volume is now 581000 following 66 trades and its been at this Up 7.2% for some time now. The buys are at 45p currently so perhaps a tick up is coming from the 44/45 spread. | 888icb
22/7/2020 10:47 | Just as an illustration of the current market I just noticed at the top of the leaderboard a gold company up 100%. Altus strategy announced a PEA for an open pit mine in Mali. The market is really humming at the moment so Condor needs to capitalise on that with some more news. | 888icb
22/7/2020 09:32 | We Need news for this to take off, in the mid time more opportunities to keep adding By the way, Calibre shares are doing very well, we should do even better | book5
22/7/2020 09:28 | Gold has risen but silver has risen far more. | 1airbag
22/7/2020 09:25 | Yep, bit of movement now. Been a long time. | 1airbag
22/7/2020 09:21 | It seems we are! Up 7.2% on volume of 300000. | 888icb
22/7/2020 08:02 | Gold 1860 so as you say let’s see if Condor follows it up. | 888icb
22/7/2020 07:46 | Today should be interesting, provided CNR actually responds to the precious metals markets. | sir andrew ffoulkes
21/7/2020 19:30 | I just saw someone on the other bb Post this from Bloomberg “Wall Street Is Throwing Billions at Once-Shunned Gold Miners21 Jul 2020 18:14 Yvonne Yue Li, Justina Vasquez and Aoyon Ashraf July 20, 2020, 7:31 PM (Bloomberg) — A year ago, you couldn’t get Wall Street to touch most gold miners’ stocks. Today, it’s throwing billions at the industry. Precious-metals miners once seen as too leveraged and high-risk for the typical investor raised $2.4 billion in secondary equity offerings during the second quarter, data compiled by Bloomberg show. That’s the most since 2013 and seven times more than the funds they raised a year earlier. With the Covid-19 crisis threatening economies worldwide and gold prices soaring on the heels of monetary and stimulus programs, precious-metals companies have become the darlings of the investment community. The sector, which once largely drew the attention of specialist funds, is now attracting a broad base of investors.” Just another indication of the good times that Condor should be having very soon! | 888icb
21/7/2020 18:39 | I would not get too stressed about this one. It will be valued high at the right time. With a production of 100,000 Oz per year at a profit of around $1,300 per Oz is $130 million profit per annum. Seriously if this is only going to £1 or £1.50 per share Jim Mellon would not be invested here. He will be looking at far far more. | 1airbag
21/7/2020 17:08 | I hope so 'book5' I really hope so, especially for all the long term holders here for 10 years plus, we deserve to be rewarded for our patience and faith. | connect5
21/7/2020 16:59 | Caliber's ore grade is poor. Mestiza has excellent grades. We should reach an agreement to benefit from current gold price, and reduce share dilution while building the plant. Land purchases. I don't know weather the remaining land owners have requested a mix of cash & shares as payment, I have asked. I am under the impression that owners are keen to sell, final negotiotions ongoing. At the moment I don't have more news. Recently I have bought few shares in 4 occasions; yesterday, my purchase was not shown at all (not even as a sell). | book5
21/7/2020 16:19 | Never say never, but I think £1 is a nailed on certainty, £1.50 is a strong possibility, above that I'm not prepared to speculate. Let's just get above 50p and hold there first. I know many will have multibagger ideas in their heads from here and given the right news and right macro picture that is possible, but I consider my £1 to be erring on the side of caution price. Timeframe....less than a year. | sir andrew ffoulkes
21/7/2020 16:07 | Last days I followed a bit Shanta Gold. They are producing 50-100koz/yr now for several years, entered a net cash position yesterday and have a market cap of 115 MGBP, which is really not much IMHO. Have a look at their yesterdays publication on market cap vs EV. Around 2017 they have been where we are today, and then brought down debt over 3 years to zero, wherein market cap went up approx factor 4-5. Maybe we have to manage expectations a bit here with regard to CNR :( | oldiegoldie
21/7/2020 15:07 | 2.4m oz of Au at $1850/oz gross and an AISC of $700/oz. Nice. Plus the unknown extra ounces. | sir andrew ffoulkes
21/7/2020 14:57 | Gold touched 1840 a few minutes ago and has just dropped back to 1835. Gold is making good progress today and I am sure someone out there can tell us what each $1 rise in the gold price adds to Condors value! Good to see a tick up this afternoon as it is rather frustrating that we seem stuck at 40p when everything tells us we should be much higher.Volume remains low at 264000. | 888icb
21/7/2020 14:54 | connect5 (a copy of my lse posts), it's very easy to get bored here, those of us who've been around since the first decade of the 21stC know the trials and tribulations all too well at CNR, but in reality this time it really is different. We are so close to the endgame we just need that little extra bit of patience (and some luck). Yes there is always risk, especially geopolitical but aside from that I think Mark has dealt with everything else with the best possible outcomes. I'm doing my best not to get too exuberant but the way I now feel about CNR v the way I ought to objectively feel are completely at odds. Inside I am actually beginning to get excited and I haven't done that with a share since 2011. | sir andrew ffoulkes
21/7/2020 14:52 | Sir Andrew Ffoulkes I have been waiting for 10 years for this to explode! | connect5
21/7/2020 14:31 | Thinking logically about what is going on at the moment, despite Covid19 I suspect things are moving at lightning speed on most fronts. As much of what we need to do can be achieved from behind a desk, land acquisition, finalising desktop studies/reports for mine planning, moving along plant purchase, discussions or otherwise about toll milling, funding proposals etc etc. Based upon what has been said by CNR over the last few months and in presentations given, I remain very, very excited to be here and have added in recent months. I am absolutely convinced that Mark will be working away on these things every day on all shareholders behalves. If the gold market remains as strong at it is over the next 12m or so I fully expect explosive share price action. Daily gains that can only be dreamed about at present. Keep the faith! | sir andrew ffoulkes
21/7/2020 14:13 | Villagers all very positive Imho only one way: up Share placement: by now, Seller probably sold all his shares | book5 |
