There are some incredible bargains out there at the moment.

My favourite is Altyn, 3 million+ RESERVES, 5 million + JORC, a producer and sub £15 million cap..

With Gold going up like this (approximately $100 / oz in a month) to c.$1550/oz



It makes a mockery of small cap resource developers like CNR being valued at only $10/oz in the ground

At some point some of their mid cap producing peers will be able to direct their increased cash flow into acquiring resource either to build their own business or to bulk up their business before Majors come knocking for the mid caps

Potential for serious leveraged gains







In 2010 ish Gold was $1200 / oz

In 2020 with Gold at $1500 / oz and the licence/resource significantly worked up is this a fair share price performance ?

In for a few myself...could see a good rise coming here. Lots of buys, rising gold price and bouncing now....the magic formula!

But it is a good sign because it shows gold deals are being done in Nicaragua for concessions. Soon one hopes that deal will be for Condor.

Seriously though, how much should/would CNR's proven and probable with permits go for? Certainly more than the paltry MCap. It's boring though waiting for something to happen Zzzzzz.

Condor RNS this morning about the sale of a non core concession in Northern Nicaragua for $600000. This is a sensible house keeping exercise which puts some extra cash in the Bank.

Government is not keen to force locals to sell yet, we shall see what the new year brings...

.....but on 7th August 2018 Numis also said this:

"Condor Gold PLC using EPIC/TICKER code (LON:CNR) had its stock rating noted as ‘Retains’; with the recommendation being set at ‘BUY’ today by analysts at Numis. Condor Gold PLC are listed in the Basic Materials sector within AIM. Numis have set a target price of 130 GBX on its stock. This would imply the analyst believes there is now a potential upside of 190.5% from the opening price of 44.75 GBX".

So I think this tells us that Numis know marginally less than my cat does about what is going to happen. And, trust me, my cat knows Jack S#it about shares.

A Buy Recommendation from Numis today reported on the other BB with an initial target price of 90p. So that’s a 4 bagger from today’s price which would be a good start.

It’s very active at Condor with the 4th RNS since 21st November appearing this morning. Mark Child is making every effort to move this forward and I hope the market responds to it.
