What is being demonstrated today is how quickly Condor can move even on relatively low volume. The last buy that went through was at 24.0557.

Now UP 6.9% on volume of 185000. It looks like some interest is finally returning as indeed it should. Quite a few gold stocks have been doing well recently and let’s hope it’s our turn.

Calibre’s program will continue to focus on resource expansion along the main Limon vein-system as well as at Santa Pancha and Atrevesada. Based on the positive results from the 2019 drilling, the Company now plans to increase drilling at El Limon from the budgeted 7,000 meters to between 10,000 and 12,000 metres in 2020.

Concurrent with resource expansion drilling, the Company will explore the broader Limon district through an ongoing program of systematic mapping and geochemical sampling to identify new drill targets at the under-explored Lourdes, Tecomapas/Ramadas and San Antonio areas.

Up 3.5% this morning on volume of 50000. Some serious volume would get this moving quite quickly. Let’s hope the positive statements get investors interested again.

Pro active Investors have an interview with Mark Child on their site and someone on the other bb is providing a link. Nothing new particularly but a good summary of where we are and what they hope to achieve in the coming months. No mention of a bid but that’s clearly got to be a possibility in the current situation and the high price of gold which is much higher than the 1250 that all COndors current models are based on.

I don’t think he has got to book5 I think he is still on Janet and John! I was advised a few days ago when I completely rubbished what he said by copying a statement from Mark Child, not to engage with him. I think that is probably good advice but it is annoying to have people posting complete rubbish on our generally civilised BB.

If there are material problems (land issues) that Condor are aware of then they are obliged to inform s/holders. Those who have met Mark Child know he is a principled individual who is respected in the trade & in Nicaragua.

Book5 is essentially accusing Mark, other Directors and the Company of breaking the law, both in the UK and Nicaragua. If he had a shred of evidence he would have posted it. But he doesn't

He is a malicious rumourmonger, who in his latest posts has overstepped the mark. Let's hope CNR takes action and he/she gets their just deserts.

7. 'the company tells you half-truths...' anything concrete to back up this accusation?
8. 'This is no longer an investment...' why - has it stopped trading? Been suspended from AIM? I think a peek at a dictionary might be worthwhile, book.
9. 'I am not sure the % is a high as that...' Here you accuse the Company of lying to shareholders - good luck with that. What is the correct %, and can you show us your workings? What exactly are you sure of, by the way?
10. In a previous post you intimated you had visited La India - we're still waiting to see the photos you surely must have taken during your trip. Please could you post them for all to see?

Usual BS from book5 - I don't think I've ever read so may 'apparently's in a post before!

But as you claim to be so well-informed, a couple of questions:-

1. 'apparently some corruption was taken place' - any evidence?
2. 'Apparently some managers were trying to force...' - which ones - any names?
3. 'Apparently managers were "encouraging" employees to attend demonstrations...' Same anonymous managers, or different ones?
4. 'decent employees left...' Again, any names? How many?
5. 'are they thinking to mine their land themselves...' Large scale mining, or digging a hole in the ground? They can't mine land which Condor owns the concession, so how are they planning on doing this 'mining'?
6. 'it appears that CNR needs the government help...' The Gov has provided all the 'help' CNR needs so far vis a vis permits etc. What specific further 'help' are you claiming will be unforthcoming? Pls provide any backing/proof for your conjecture.

The Master Investor article is well worth a read. It goes into considerable detail and it is interesting to note how the figures in earlier reports are greatly improved by gold at 1500 as opposed to the 1250 used previously.

John Cornford made a comprehensive case for CNR via master investors bulletin platform last night. Admittedly an association with JM but nonetheless a compelling and thorough article.

I don’t think the land is a big problem. The land can only be used for illegal mining which the Government could stop so they will all sell once the mine is ready to go. It has no value to anyone other than Condor for mining. We are continuing to move forward and a buyer could pop up at anytime. Jim Mellon has been very positive about it recently and I think people selling today will regret but clearly it’s their choice.

apparently some corruption was taken place, no sure now, for instance:
-Apparently some managers were trying to force subcontractors to sign receipts in blank... I emailed this to the CEO, no response of course, your money though. Who is pocketing the difference???
-Apparently managers were "encouraging" employees to attend demonstrations in favour of the mine,

because of the above decent employees left and moved on

big land owners are in the mine business , as the majority of the villagers. so, think why they don't want the mine....are they thinking to mine their land themselves if CNR is left without a license? very tempting human nature

it appears that CNR needs the government help, but the government is so unpopular its does not want bad publicity before elections and it appears that for now it has lined up with villagers wishes

at its convenience the company tells you half-truths , and ignore some facts (difficulty to get the land, plan B (if any) to obtain the land, government position in the dispute, expected resolution time line...)

IMHO This is no longer an investment, things may change though. If I hear good news I will buy .

sorry to see the share slide, I have not position. I sold very quickly what I once bought

A I said:

“Offers made to buy the surface rights from all landowners within the mine site infrastructure, 50% have accepted.” I am not sure the % is a high as that. It appears Some Small landowners have sold, but not the big ones that hold majority of the land.

Some of those no accepting are lawyers themselves, and are well organised

Only government can force compulsory land purchase, and what I hear is that for now government will not enforced, may be after elections if at all

DYOR, GLA

No news in the grapevine
