29/9/2015 15:03 | others have posted directly after your posts but it doesn't mean it is a reply to you | cavendish234
29/9/2015 15:00 | Well perhaps you ought to make it more clear. You posted it directly below my posts and did not state it was for anyone else | usmcgs
29/9/2015 14:58 | The post was not for you.Why do you take it that all posts are in reply to you | cavendish234
29/9/2015 14:57 | and breathe......just to recap: Assuming 2.3m oz (all treated the same whether Indicated or Inferred) and assuming we are valued on oz in the ground only regardless of category. Giving no extra value for potential although that'll be built into the extra paid for Inferred. Using 46m shares and a $1.50/GBP exchange rate. At $5 that's £7.6m or 17p/share $15 gives £23m or 50p/share $25 gives £38.4m or 83p/share $35 gives £53.6m or £1.16/share $45 gives £69m or or £1.50/share $55 gives £84.4m or £1.83/share Not prepared to speculate any higher as seems pointless in current bear market and PoG environment. | sir andrew ffoulkes
29/9/2015 14:55 | Massive losses ..... you are joking or simply are no good with figures lol If it is a problem with figure you certainly should not be in this game. I posted on the bbs when I sold in the 90s and again when I bought lol. | usmcgs
29/9/2015 14:52 | Massive losses for you | cavendish234
29/9/2015 14:49 | now over 11% down on the day | usmcgs
29/9/2015 14:44 | Andrew .... agreed The constant drops here though are worrying. Incidentally we are now approaching testing of 2nd support | usmcgs
29/9/2015 14:42 | Dishan From the years that I have been investing I usually find that your question is invariably because the person is unable to discuss to the contrary. It really shouldn't matter whether a person is invested or not. | usmcgs
29/9/2015 14:41 | It is not uncommon to see many transactions at important price points, 50p, 40p, etc etc. Traders and investors alike set limit buys and sells around these points which are then actioned. This often causes waterfall effects either way and the market can become disrupted in that equity. This is not necessarily related to value, just simply markets doing what they do. | sir andrew ffoulkes
29/9/2015 14:34 | Dishan If you have been reading you see that I hold in the 40s, having previously sold at above 90p. I have been invested on and off here for a number of years. I have only seen you recently. Luckily I can say how I see it and not pretend otherwise, whether good or bad. I seen point in doing anything other, unlike some | usmcgs
29/9/2015 14:21 | Usmcgs - are you an investor in CNR? | dishan121
29/9/2015 14:07 | into the 30s now and a 8.1$ drop Worryingly on good volume | usmcgs
29/9/2015 14:03 | Auction on drop | usmcgs
29/9/2015 14:03 | Auction on drop | usmcgs
29/9/2015 13:42 | Due diligence was done over the last couple of years when there was a good chance of a sale, but nobody was interested. Commodities are at the beginning of a bear cycle. No one is interested, hence the Share Price decline here.Whilst it's clear that it's all over here, certain posters are still ramping this up. | ![]() harebridge
29/9/2015 13:41 | It's highly likely that several companies will express an interest in at least looking in our data room. Whether that results in anything concrete is up for debate, personally one feels we will in fact more likely be JV'd or share swapped rather than sold outright for cash. It is unlikely that any potential offer price/deal will be affected by share price drift during the course of due diligence. If anything the market might react positively if news seeps out in regard to a buyer. | sir andrew ffoulkes
29/9/2015 13:25 | One worrying thought is that by the time any buyer of jv company has done due diligence it could be months. | usmcgs
29/9/2015 13:22 | Looks like a drop into the 30s coming | usmcgs
29/9/2015 13:21 | Andrew Do not think we can rule out a large background seller. We had notification of 1 just a short time ago. Whose to say that they have finished or if there is another Yes I have kept in contact with Cnr I think the last Rns, from Cnr, tells us that we are going to be either sold, jv'd or go into care and maintenance. We know that money was due to run out this year. I find it strange that Numbs have only notified 18k being bought and that even that wasn't bought in 1 go | usmcgs
29/9/2015 13:05 | Not at all usmcgs, but one needs to retain a sense of perspective. Agreed it is fatal to fall in love with a share, but equally it is fatal to fall out of love with said share when fundamentally nothing much has changed in the last few weeks. Sector sentiment seems to be getting so bad that even the few decent explorers are being thrashed down to all time lows, out of which the survivors will eventually receive a wall of money as there'll be so few left. That said, we'll probably have been sold or JV'd out by then. Are you convinced something is wrong at CNR, if so why. I'm convinced of exactly the opposite and do try and stay directly in touch with the company on a regular basis, do you or are you speculating ? Incidentally (and this is NOT SPECULATION), Numis have no idea if there is a large background seller at the moment, any talk of such would be pure speculation. So we must assume it's simply PI's selling out of panic. | sir andrew ffoulkes

29/9/2015 12:48 | Andrew In the past I felt your posts have been fair but now it seems that you do not want to hear anything other than things are rosy which they clearly are not | usmcgs
29/9/2015 12:31 | Ok let's just beg to differ, de-ramp away. | sir andrew ffoulkes |
