j2, one would not be at all surprised if acquiring land took at least until the end of this year if not longer. Patience (multi year) is required here!

Despite the fact we are only an explorer and ought not be affected by sentiment due to the Gold price, we will be because that sentiment is so outstandingly all time bad it can't not affect us. Any news we put out will have limited affect until the broader sector environment changes, other than perhaps a 1 day or short term trade opportunity for a couple of pennies here or there.

In the meantime ...the share price here continues to fall . News needed on land acquisition and permits to change the sentiment towards cnr.

"I have heard it all before i'm afraid but i have to admire your optimism."

These things work in cycles, so I'm afraid I've heard it all before and I admire YOUR pessimism.

It will turn eventually.

1100 nearly reached this am. As for rising higher than ever before I think you are deluding yourself. I have heard it all before i'm afraid but i have to admire your optimism. The only good news about the POG being so low is surely some miners will be going out of business soon, which will mean that low cost producers- when we finally get there!! - will be much sought after!

I don't know what sort of credentials Don Durrant has but I like what he is saying and it sounds very credible.

Don Durrant of GoldSilver Data.com has recently done an update on Condor Gold (4th July 2015)- it is a US website so the day of the month and month are shown in reverse. This is what he said:

Summary (from last analysis - 07/04/2015)

Condor Gold is advancing a 2.3 million oz project (La India) in Nicaragua. It has a feasibility study with a $110 million capex with cash costs at $700 per oz. That makes it a very economic project and their market cap is up to $54 million. They are currently obtaining their permits and doing the final feasibility study. They have $7 million in cash with no debt, so they are in good shape. The project has 10 bagger potential at higher gold prices, and if they find more gold on their 75,000 acre property, this stock could do very well long term. They only have 53 FD million shares, so the share price can be explosive. I've had success investing into projects of this size. It is a good size for a company's first mine. It's large enough to provide cash flow for growth. It has everything you look for: location, economic, cash flow for growth, not too large capex, good upside potential. If Condor can find a second mine, they could grow into a billion dollar company at higher gold prices. If you don't mind waiting a few years for your investment to payoff, this one is worth a look. The key is going to be if management can execute.

Indeed it is fascinating to see Gold and Silver fall in price along with everything else. Presumably 'da boyz' are buying the USD or simply remaining parked in cash and nothing else
