25/11/2014 13:18 | usmcgs one agrees, opinions can change even in the short term, but do you actually believe specifically in regard to CNR and Jibbo's sell rec (not so long ago) that the fundamentals changed in such a way to make it so and then only a short time later it became a buy again. One would like to suggest, from the reading of all recent RNS's that in the precise timeframe we are talking about, the only things that changed were for the better. On that basis it is prudent to reserve judgement on the credibility of Jibbo, not the credibility of CNR which is a superb company and ideal takeover target in my view. Don't be fooled by those who have different investment agenda's than yourself. Anyway let's not get bogged down discussing other posters, rather let's look at CNR itself and the decent day we are having at the moment. | sir andrew ffoulkes
25/11/2014 13:06 | imo opinions can change, even for a short time, and you can trade if you feel there is a benefit. This is not a negative and you can still remain positive | usmcgs
25/11/2014 13:04 | I think you'll find Jibbo has been here for years Yes we all do things to our own personal agenda | usmcgs
25/11/2014 13:03 | Good to see some positive momentum today. | sir andrew ffoulkes
25/11/2014 12:51 | Not criticizing Jibbo, simply stating the facts, he uses his 'informed' posts to suit a personal agenda, which to some extent we all do. The problem with him is he does it in a very slick manner. He's bailed out before pretty much stating it was all over for CNR, only to come back and revert to a positive outlook once again. He's a trader rather than an investor. | sir andrew ffoulkes
25/11/2014 12:28 | Not sure what negative you are trying to post of Jibbo. If he posts factually I cannot see how you can knock that at all. He has not misled in anyway | usmcgs
25/11/2014 12:21 | LOL... Jibbo posts and its up 2% already ! | saturdaygirl
25/11/2014 12:08 | Harebridge - in fact it would not be the first time Jibbo has apparently manipulated other posters by well reasoned and informed posts in order to serve his own shorter term agenda. Of course that does not alter the facts, Mark Child runs a superb operation here and we WILL be sold, one only hopes it is at a much higher Gold price. | sir andrew ffoulkes
25/11/2014 11:44 | Wrong .. Check LSE The Gold Report by Jibbo . TGR: Are there other likely takeover targets? FS: There is another AIM-listed company called Condor Gold Plc (CNR:LSE). It just released a prefeasibility study (PFS) and updated preliminary economic assessment (PEA) for its La India project in Nicaragua. It has 2.33 Moz at 3.9 grams per ton (3.9 g/t), and that includes 1.14 Moz at 3.1 g/t in an open pit, which is very high these days. Management has skin in the game and holds 9% of the company and it is leanly managed. | saturdaygirl
25/11/2014 11:33 | The reason JIbbo hasn't posted much anywhere is because he has dumped. He has done his job & moved on.When the tide goes out.... | harebridge
24/11/2014 20:27 | Traditional big gold-miners are largely hi-cost producers, so the likes of CNR would be a tasty morsel for them = and in a politically stable climate too | rhuvaal2
24/11/2014 19:49 | One feels you are not far from the mark Harebridge in regard to Jibbo having a very personal agenda. That said, he is more than likely correct in regard to the prospects CNR have going forward. In fact one would not be at all surprised if Mr Child was not touting our company as we speak. | sir andrew ffoulkes
24/11/2014 16:57 | Harebridge. ..... don't agree jibbo posts factsAlso he hasn't posted much for a while | usmcgs
24/11/2014 16:18 | I do not agree hareb' = things could happen at any time: relax here-on-in | rhuvaal2
24/11/2014 14:59 | Looks like punters are going to be locked in for years now.Did try & warn you about JIbbo, who did a classic pump & dump here. | harebridge
24/11/2014 05:04 | If the Germans had gold with which to back the Mark, a return to the Mark; it would be the end of the American hegemony over Europe. It would break up NATO, it would break up the EU and therefore, it could well be there is plenty of gold in Ft. Knox, but they’re not going to let the Germans have theirs back because it could be used for a strong Mark…which would then go hand-in-hand with a strong Ruble you know Russians have been buying gold and there’s a limit on how much the American authorities, financial banks and hedge funds can drive down the Ruble….when they (the Russians and Germans) are sitting on tons and tons of gold!! | saturdaygirl
23/11/2014 16:59 | SG ~ simply awful things are afoot and all are likely to be true..... when Germany wants its gold back, the sh't will really hit the fan once they and others spill the beans. Also, Brazil's new fibre optic connection with Portugal is being constructed without ANY American company for fear of the usual eves-dropping. The scenario is degrading all the time :( edit: Western markets are FAR TOO high,( all in MHO) | rhuvaal2
22/11/2014 20:10 | Goldenshare, that trade was from the 17th of Nov. Not sure why it was reported yesterday. | psolomons
22/11/2014 18:51 | rhuvaal It looks like the Dutch may have inherited 122t of the Ukrainian gold (300t) sent to the USA in case of Russian invasion . Have the Ukraine been duped twice , once by the Russian non invasion and of course by the USA Fed Reserve ? | saturdaygirl
22/11/2014 16:00 | Indeed SG, the American brew sure is beginning to tell and methinks the cork is under pressure: a bit more and it'll blow = timing is the tricky bit, as soon as someone gives it a shake = POW | rhuvaal2
21/11/2014 22:23 | soulsauce Have you considered that flight MH17 and Dutch cooperation in a nil crash report may have swung the deal . The Germans got nothing from the USA , makes you wonder ? | saturdaygirl
21/11/2014 19:20 | 25,000 late reported buy at 84p!! | goldenshare888
21/11/2014 13:20 | Buying at 77p looks good value to me, compared to large recent fundraising at 90p! I would imagine a takeover would have to be well north of 160p and possibly in the 200p - 240p range? dyor | goldenshare888
20/11/2014 20:46 | Sorry Jeanesy, better qualified people than you think Condor is the second best take over target out there. | psolomons |
