All trades were buys today. Strange that you could buy below the mid and that the mid dropped after a largish buy. Well hopefully the new year will be a happy, healthy and prosperous one for all us Condorians. I hope to recoup my losses here !

I dont think it will take many buys to move this up . MM's may be short of shares if you look back at the trades in the last 3 weeks.

Gold getting battered .. GDXJ down 8%

But Gold has not stayed down for long , I will wait for the rebound yet again , will it be days or hours ?

Strange prices this pm. Buy price coming down. Bid the same and yet we are up slightly. Those sells being reported are actually all buys.

You are probably right but it is so frustrating to see us at such a low share price, which makes us very vulnerable to a low bid, which the management might be forced to accept if one comes in. I would have thought that some more pi's would be putting money in here in anticipation of what may happen next year. Still I have waited for a couple of years now so what is a few more months in the grand scheme of things. Perhaps my patience will be rewarded in time ??!!!!

For any sustained price action (up or down) the market needs a trigger, at the moment there is a perception that none are present specifically in regard to CNR. Traders will struggle until we announce drilling or that we are executing confidentiality agreements with potential suitors or 'partners'.

At present prices, one would suggest that CNR represents an investors choice rather than a traders choice. There will undoubtedly be some very interesting action in 2015 but for now patience is the order of the day.

For the next couple of weeks or so people will have interests other than CNR.

Bullish Reversal In Miners But Metals Remain In Question

Though the mining stocks are selling off today (Friday), they’ve completed a bullish reversal and double bottom on most weekly charts. Below we plot GDXJ, GDX and our Top 40 index. Other than GDXJ just about every miner index has completed a double bottom. Though GDXJ made a new low it did form a bullish reversal. GDX and the Top 40 index formed bullish hammers and potential double bottoms. We say “potential” double bottoms for a reason. The double bottom is a very bullish pattern in which the market should explode up from the second bottom. Only time will tell if the miners follow that path or if the reversal fizzles.

Not much going on today so far. Things will hopefully kick start this pm. I see that a gold company in Mexico called Caballo was sold to Timmins yesterday. Perhaps it will be our turn in 2015 ? I would settle for a steady rise in shareprice and some news about further drilling in the meantime!

I added as the GDXJ was up another 8% last night , may have to wait till the US open or even longer !
