Just watching the Gold price falling.


This is an absolute carbon copy of what took place those years back to
follow the arranged most public Gold auction of all time by Brown.

It`s quite unbelievable, though because few were watching the real events
they cannot see the "Gold is finished" total remake.

The Gold smash simply took the place of Brown`s auction,and then certain players are all brought out to say the same words " Gold is finished "

They argue the same "See the auction by the Uk", "See the massive dump of Paper Gold" ........( arranged huge short sell ?!)

It is such a carbon copy it`s almost laughable and I could write many Market comments from memory of that time, (especially from The Times) that are being used at this moment.

We know what happened not that long after, and whilst that is not as easy to predict in timing- it is the Carbon Copy to come, and maybe another 12 years
of rising Gold.

Does anyone think that those saying the same words as all those years ago
weren't buying Gold behind the camouflage- considering it rose from 250oz to $1900oz ?

And now even more reasons than then, and more fear than then.

Come this Thursday, we'll have 2 weeks to go (assuming the weather has played ball)

That would be an interesting scenario.

As the gold Giants would lose money hand over fist at $1000 oz
do you think they will up production to compound their losses,or reduce production ?

What would happen in next stages as Physical demand would go ballistic
and even less Gold to meet it?

10,000 people queeuing in China to buy Gold even at these prices !!


I suppose India would have to find a way of stopping the flood of buying
already in process - if Gold hit 1,000oz as it`s killing their trade balances already but then how do they deny the right of all in India to own Gold ?

I suppose we can say -never say never yet the eventual carnage of shorts in paper Gold at that level could be something to behold.


Inflation rising in The UK (as if anyone didn't know)so how are they hiding it in the US ?

Needless to say- Some potential smaller Gold mining stocks will make decent money at $1000 and gawd forbid if those saying 1000 Oz Gold are in fact also
buying as much Gold as they can from those they feed the story to,as they know what is eventually going to happen.

Anything can happen in the shorter term-up and down in the Summer months,yet
maybe losing the foresight of why so many are clamouring to Physical Gold
could prove a huge mistake in the months to come.

If Governments get in any worse mess with this Lehmans theory of printing money
we could all face confiscation of assets and cash.

Of course Lehmans and their theory is bust so in 12 years has there ever truly been a stronger case for Gold/Silver compared with anything that is considered seizable cash and assets ?


You need to hide it though in case they do try and seize it, so maybe buying
solid Gold necklaces or Diamonds is the game.

If anyone has a case that all those buying Gold/Silver/Diamonds for those reasons are totally blinkered then I am all ears

Dishan, For La India where's a pic of the helicopter? (It better be an Apache - to scare off the locals inhabiting that beautiful wilderness) No it's not a helicopter it gets better... its a Donkey! and lo a behold they got some... Cows pulling the generator!
For the miners part of my portfolio I am completely in cash as margin for some some trading shorts RRS, POLY mainly. You ain't seen nothing yet if gold heads to $1000 read latest AVM news as a starter

Liquidkid, that's the Cerro Quiroz set you are referring to, not la India. If a mining company issued an image of a mountain, does that mean they are not ready to mine? I would love to see your portfolio

Arbitration Update

The Arbitration case of Pac Rim Cayman, LLC ("PacRim"), a subsidiary of the Company, against the Government of El Salvador ("GOES") is proceeding through the final, merits-based phase following the submission on March 29, 2013 of PacRim's Memorial (or statement of claim) as announced in NR #13-02. A copy of the Memorial, which includes an arms-length valuation estimate of the Company's Salvadoran mineral assets of over $300 million (see Valuation Details below) is available on the Company's website www.pacrim-mining.com. The Tribunal hearing this case at the International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes ("ICSID") headquarters at the World Bank in Washington, DC has now finalized the schedule for the remainder of the final phase, with the next step being the submission of a Counter-Memorial by the GOES by January 10, 2014. As frequently noted, Pacific Rim continues to press the GOES for a resolution to this dispute outside of the legal proceedings.
