09/1/2024 03:04 | prioritise over what? | zangdook
08/1/2024 21:09 | Condor Gold Twitter today: Hello, 2024! The Condor Gold team will continue to prioritize the asset sale process to maximize value for all shareholders. Stay tuned for progress updates. 🤣🤣 | dexdringle
05/1/2024 18:47 | They'll have to do the drilling surveys all over again at this rate as the gold will have moved naturally within the earth's crust by the time this bloody thing gets sold..... | dexdringle
05/1/2024 17:57 | Ross Beatty knew why he sold 3 or 4 years ago (I cannot remember the exact date, but it’s a few years ago already). Surely some historic drilling data is valuable, but it doesn’t solve the many other problems with building a mine. I think back then there was an internal fight between Ross and Jim how to move the company forward (so believe Ross already wanted to sell back then), whereas Jim wanted to develop himself and at the end Ross left and sold his shares. | oldiegoldie
05/1/2024 16:46 | There is nothing in this report to suggest CNR is allowing many months before completion nor does it contain any comments regarding the Government wishes to have Chinese investment or that Calibre is not to bid. We are aware of Chinese interest from comments made by Mark and we know the Chinese are keen to invest in Nicaragua but there is nothing relating to that in what is purely a geological document. They do give the history of mining at La India which first started over 100 years ago until 1956 since when just artesian miners. This is important because when I was watching a recent discussion with Ross Beatty ( a previous 3%+ shareholder in CNR) he was commenting on things to look for with Junior miners. He said a site where there was previous evidence of successful gold mining was a very big plus. | 888icb
05/1/2024 16:17 | Condorforever posted in the LSE a link to a CNR’s geotechnical report targeting Chinese investors. It is dated Jan 2024. Imho This article suggests: - Cnr is allowing for some more months before completion. - The government wishes Chinese investment and Calibre not to bid Hence, the drop in the sp No news from the village A sad state of affairs Gla, we need it | book5
05/1/2024 11:18 | It was better to sell at 25 than at 15, so hopefully some of the „master investors“ on this BB fully committed to the title Jim gave them and limited their losses. Still a bit sad to see the peaks of the twitches getting lower and lower. It’s like plastic surgery, even 888 just cannot defy gravity. | oldiegoldie
28/12/2023 16:03 | No, they are full of your money | oldiegoldie
28/12/2023 13:28 | Some nutter has just gone careering through the middle of our village on a toboggan shouting about something being "shovel ready" and "all of the land" and something about "biscuits".... | dexdringle
28/12/2023 12:28 | I heard in my village that Jim is currently setting up a consulting contract with a former french foreign legionnaire. Apparently he stays away from Gurkhas since a while. The consultancy fee is still under negotiation, it seems it will also depend a bit on the outcome of the sale of the La India asset. Besides that, no other significant news from my village | oldiegoldie
28/12/2023 11:53 | Plan B should be the gradual removal of body parts from Marky Mark until shareholders receive at least 50p a share.... | dexdringle
28/12/2023 11:50 | Bald Marky has already prepared the ground by talking about their Plan B. Mind you Jimbo's Plan B is probably not the same as Baldheaded Marky's. | zangdook
28/12/2023 11:41 | If either of them wanted it they'd have bought it by now. Prepare for the "despite many expressions of interest we have been unable to......" announcement and a 50% fall in the share price.... | dexdringle
28/12/2023 10:30 | The Sale of Assets a reminder of Progress I think it might be useful to focus our minds on where we are by reminding ourselves what was said in the RNS on 5th December: “ Jim Mellon, Chairman of Condor Gold, commented: "I continue to be impressed with the asset sale process. We are very aware of the value of our assets and will maximise value for all shareholders. My investment of a further £1M is designed to ensure sufficient financial runway during the sales process until a desired price is achieved." Mark Child, CEO of Condor Gold Commented: "Wholly owned, fully permitted, construction ready gold mines with potential production of 150,000 oz gold per annum, in major Gold Districts, with the land and a new SAG Mill package purchased and a construction period of only 18 months are rare. To date there are eight companies under NDAs, five non-binding offers received and three site visits completed. Companies under NDAs have access to a virtual data room, which includes all drill data, technical studies to Feasibility Study level, details of permits to construct and operate a mine and financial models. Although none of the non-binding offers have progressed to firm proposals to date, the Company is in advanced discussions with 2 gold producers The sales process is taking longer than anticipated, but the Board is anticipating that further progress will be made in the New Year. Investors will be updated in due course." The current strength of the gold price can only be helpful to the advanced discussions with 2 gold producers. | 888icb
21/12/2023 09:38 | It feels like the next move now is down. | baldrick1
21/12/2023 08:20 | First 5 trades all buys at full offer 26.5p. | 888icb
21/12/2023 06:51 | China will support Chinese companies investing in infrastructure projects. China and Nicaragua Declaration of Association goes up a notch Imho Ortega prefers that CNR sell to the Chinese to reduce the impact of sanctions. | book5
21/12/2023 06:46 | US’s concerns: | book5
21/12/2023 06:38 | Ortega's speech during a police event: commerce with china will help to counterweight US sanctions. | book5
21/12/2023 02:25 | Why do you say 'either'? The market doesn't agree with him, and it may or may not be made up of morons. I'd say the market in CNR at the moment is made up largely of a mixture of morons and spivs. But which is 888? | zangdook
20/12/2023 16:34 | For every seller there's a buyer | septblues
20/12/2023 15:59 | Merry Christmas! | sharenotes
20/12/2023 15:55 | Sharenotes these are indeed the two options | oldiegoldie
20/12/2023 15:37 | OG, the point I am making is either the market does not agree with your calculations or we really have a market dominated by morons. That is your call and thank you for sharing. | sharenotes |
