I suggest we wait until next week, I'm not sure the process is as quick as we would like, even if they have finished raising the money.

They may not be allowed to comment, maybe they have to run the news through the NOMAD for approval?

Johnyee - If its bad news expect a statement after markets close today. That way they give everyone the weekend to think it over rather than reacting instantly and perhaps selling stock bring the share price down.

As for "remember they have to work out how much money they raised in the institutional placing." no they dont, once the book closed they will have known exactly what the figure was.

In the current climate where many IPO's are being pulled, bith in UK and Canada, the fact that CDE are still in the game is encouraging IMO.

Two weeks earlier and they would have got it away at a higher price, before the market wobble, IMO.
