johnyee7 - E*Trade have offered the opportunity to their current registered CDE shareholders to participate in this fundraising. They also took part in the IPO.

Andy - that's what I was thinking; raise the cash, complete the acquisition then move to AIM

Anyone got any predictions on how the share price will react once on Aim? I realise that crystal balls are hard to come by, but an educated guess would suffic.

Presumably once they have raised the cash, the aquisition is finalised?

As I understand it, AIM admission cannot take place until the aquisition has taken place, as we are a cash shell until then.

Looking forward to hearing Etrade fundraising is completed.

Closing date for E*Trade is today and they expect to credit the new shares to your account tomorrow, so whilst the move to AIM is another week, the fundraising should be finalised soon (I hope...) - would be nice to hear that the fundraising's complete and the acquisition has also been complteted.

E*Trade have issued an email today revising the date from their original date of June to "on or around 7th July" which is now in line with CDE's last announcement
