rns just issued looks like a complete disaster. Management eyes totally off the business - One hopes that they have discovered all the problems but (imo & dyor) the staff of the remaining businesses are likely to be dis-incentivised for quite some time.

Not sure we'll get much of a whoooosh until the uncertainty over Pechora's removed, but not long to wait on that front.

Mujahid2,

I would suggest we wait until the AIM listing has taken place, and we can finally see what exactly CDE have aquired in Pechora, before making a rash judgement.

What I do know is the management are highly rated, so I expect them to do a good deal for the shareholders, and they have a long term gameplan to enhance shareholder value.

I believe management are incentivised via their shareholdings, rather than saleries, which gives me confidence.

I agree, we have to focus on the value and prospects, not the number of shares in issue, IMO.
