If the placing is confirmed, CDE will no longer be a cash shell!

The placing proceeds are to be used to complete the aquisition of Pechora, and if that occurs, then we would become an oil producer, and qualify to move to AIM.

July 7th is the target date for this.

I tell you what, I could realllllly do with hearing some good news about a placing in the next few days. The market is still up and down, but they need to get this on board.

Buying into a cash shell makes me a little nervous with all these delays.

I wonder if, as they are switching to AIM at the same, they will put in the shares as soon as AIM listing is confirmed?

no - on Friday, offer was due to close "early this week" - waiting for an update.

Edit: just checked my account - they took the money yesterday, but haven't yet credited the shares
