No news at all, this is the frustrating stage where all the paperwork and legal stuff is done, which sadly means no news.

I always thought 15p was overcooked for the float price, and if they get it away at 10p, not a bad achievement for a company trading at lss than 1p a few months ago, IMO.

from the latest RNS 23 March ...

The acquisition is conditional on Concorde raising the necessary funds to
conclude the deal within the next 60 days, which the Company expects to do by
way of a fundraising and is now intending to transfer its shares from Ofex to
the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM"), subject to the usual requirements.


this gives 19 May as cut off (assuming they don't mean working days)

Trouble is, at this price, they'll have to issue a third more shares than if they were still 15p. The sell-off post the news has had quite a dilutive effect

There MAY be some slippage!

I think one of the main reasons for delay in listings is the paperwork, and tying up all the legals, and if other countries legal systems, and languages are involved, it becomes even more complex!

Apparently the FSA are all over CDE and auditors are going over the books with a fine tooth combs rumor suggests they have found a few skeletons driving a number of expensive Mercs instead of vans as the books might indicate, amongst other things.
