20/4/2006 11:53 | matt, No news at all, this is the frustrating stage where all the paperwork and legal stuff is done, which sadly means no news. Slight tick up today though. | andy

14/4/2006 15:17 | Johnyee7, Miller and Lents look like a subsantial outfit. with plenty of history, established 1948. | andy
10/4/2006 13:55 | MmorrisMikey, Yes i think around 10p. hard work, I always thought 15p was overcooked for the float price, and if they get it away at 10p, not a bad achievement for a company trading at lss than 1p a few months ago, IMO. | andy
10/4/2006 13:15 | from the latest RNS 23 March ... The acquisition is conditional on Concorde raising the necessary funds to conclude the deal within the next 60 days, which the Company expects to do by way of a fundraising and is now intending to transfer its shares from Ofex to the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM"), subject to the usual requirements. this gives 19 May as cut off (assuming they don't mean working days) | gdennett
10/4/2006 13:12 | Trouble is, at this price, they'll have to issue a third more shares than if they were still 15p. The sell-off post the news has had quite a dilutive effect sorry - 50% more shares | hard work
10/4/2006 12:50 | Andy Thanks.....Yes nice to see the rise, would guess that we are hovering arround the AIM entry price at the mo. MM | mmorrismikey
10/4/2006 12:47 | mmorrisMikey, There MAY be some slippage! I think one of the main reasons for delay in listings is the paperwork, and tying up all the legals, and if other countries legal systems, and languages are involved, it becomes even more complex! Nice to see the rise today. | andy
10/4/2006 12:39 | Does anyone have any update/idea on when the AIM placing will be? I did see a post that said 60days???????? MM | mmorrismikey
10/4/2006 12:35 | seems to be moving up nicely, a few buys going through. Mid at 9.875p +.375 | gdennett
07/4/2006 16:16 | papillon, Yes, nice to see it heading back toward 10p, as I had a feeling the placing would be done around that price. I wonder how much longer the AIM listing will take to sort out? | andy
07/4/2006 16:06 | ! I seriously like this! | brazao
07/4/2006 16:05 | Ticking up nicely today Andy. | papillon
07/4/2006 12:33 | From what I hear Hydroserve have laid off all of their staff, anyone else heard of this? | dev13
05/4/2006 10:54 | Apparently the FSA are all over CDE and auditors are going over the books with a fine tooth combs rumor suggests they have found a few skeletons driving a number of expensive Mercs instead of vans as the books might indicate, amongst other things. | captainfatcat
