Yes hard work is correct, Penton is PH's email address, but it is not listed at Companies hOuse, because I have already checked, and nothing on Google for penton either.

They may simply have asked for another 4 weeks, but it (the deal) may all be done and dusted in the next week or two.

Can't say I can vouch for him as such, but I have read three or four of his BBs. he seems to do his research and is very rigorous. Sounds honest and frankly, he buys in so low and so early that he could hardly be called a ramper. His stocks can take a while to move but when they do they seem to re-rate quite significantly. I would say he has the non-O&G cred of Zengas.
