25/1/2006 13:30 | HABAYYUT -- how did you get Squaregain to bring up this company? The Search All Markets just brings up Concorde Career Colleges. Also, just hate to buy something that's already 300% up, but haven't crunched the numbers yet. | writz
25/1/2006 13:23 | A summary of developments since float: 12 Oct '05: Appointed ex-USSR Minister of Geology (Professor G A Gabrielyants) as Non-Executive Director. 1 Dec '05: Appointed Senior Non-Executive Director (Charles E Hussey) and a Senior Special Advisor (Harold D Zimmerman), both with experience in the Russian Federation. 7 Dec '05: Signed MoU for potential acquisition of 100% of Pechora Energy. Pechora Energy, a private Russian company, owns the Luzskoye Field which contains a mix of proved, probable and possible reserves - interview below states likely to be up to 50 mmbbls, although confidentiality precludes stating them at this time. The MoU grants Concorde a period of exclusivity running until 1 March '06. The field is currently on "seasonable production" and is close to existing infrastructure allowing easy transport of the produced oil. Acquisition includes a rail terminal - interview highlights this as very important. 11 Jan '06: Placing raising £1M as mentioned above, mainly to complete DD (by PWC) and gain a CPR regarding the acquisition of Pechora Energy. Some of the monies raised will also be used to carry out DD on the two neighbouring fields to Pechora Energy's assets which may be considered as future acquisitions and to provide DD for a further potential acquisition in the Volga Urals region. In total, this work is estimated to cost £800,000. The remaining £200,000 will supplement the Company's working capital requirements. All news releases: Prospectus: Interview with Chief Executive: Unfortunately, this interview has been pulled, not really sure why. It did state their first acquisition would be "up to 50 mmbbls" and include the rail terminal which has a lot of spare capacity which can be used in the future by the Company for satellite fields, or by other companies. | sranmal
25/1/2006 13:22 | Wow a tenbagger and the rest; well played! market cap 9.33 milliion. One or two VOG topslicers also latching on to HEP's huge and so far largely unspotted (by investors) gas find as well, could be the next CDE. the great thing with HEP is that they have alreadyfound gas in abundance. HEP's market cap still c 2 million. For anyone interested: | egoi
