Concateno plc ("Concateno" or the "Company")
Postponement of suspension from trading on AIM market
The planned suspension of Concateno from trading on the AIM market of the London
Stock Exchange, timetabled to occur this morning at 0700, has been postponed due
to a short delay in the CREST disablement process. It is anticipated that the
suspension will take effect later today.
The timetabled cancellation of Concateno shares remains scheduled for 0700 on 11
August 2009 as previously announced, pending approval at today's court hearing.
