Someone must have been selling all that Microsoft goodies and I suspect that CCC would of had a great quarter.

I hear that it was a tough quarter at distribution level. I suspect BREXIT is slowing investment and orders.
The same will impact SCT.
CCC PE is 1/2 of SCTs (I won't be buying)
Waiting for the bottom to buy back in

Anybody knows the reason for such a sharp drop while the market is up ?
A bit strange. If no reason, it looks like a few know something we don't that the future will tell us.

Buys exceeding sells by over 4 to 1, but price chart looking rather limp. Hopefully someone accumulating to get the price moving in an upward direction soon. H

Needs to finish in the blue today. Buys in the majority at the moment. I bought another 334 this morning to bring my holding up to a round thousand. H

1nf3rn026 Mar '19 - 09:08 - 695 of 697: That'll be great if it can reach £9 which was in fact the previous bottom.

Well I ust got stopped out!
Brexit delays investment decisions?
CCC were.lokking good for entry to the FTSE100. This would bring immediate upside.
Will buy back in but watching for now

Watching also as I like the long term potential, however, with recession risks in the US and Europe and political uncertainty, businesses will cut back or delay on large IT project spend. I think this will drop further, so waiting for closer to £9.

I've been watching this one for a while with a view to taking a stake, while the drop provides for a more attractive entry point, I am a little uneasy buying in after such a sudden unexplained drop. There does not appear to be any company specific negative news out there so maybe it is just part of the normal ebb and flow.
I would like to see a positive finish today before pushing the buy button.

Agree, now dropped out of upward channel. Ccc has businesses across the EU,eg Germany so should be reasonably resilient to a no deal brexit. It needs to bounce soon or it will probably drift lower.

Is the drop these few days due to directors selling shares ?

Seems to have stabilised now, with maybe a double bottom on the daily chart. Nothing goes up in a straight line, still within upward channel. I am hopeful for £14 on this. Fingers crossed. H

Wow. From 1110 we had terrific results that lead to a 80pence uplift, followed by a retrace all the way back again? Any ideas?

indeed,

And slightly bested those that were pencilled according to my Sharescope..

shares are 30% off highs which gives these plenty of wriggle room to appreciate

comfortable with having bought a few more this morning
