The Guardian

Since you asked

Aminex, Columbus Energy, Independent Oil and Gas.

All in a lull. All waiting on transformational news.

Aminex the most blue sky potential (nearly 2tcf Giip and Mcap 90m) but all going to be winners. Aminex and Cerp either already self funding or v close.

The limited communication from the company has killed off any discussion on the bulletin boards, both here and on LSE.

Anybody got some good share tips?

Saudi Arabia Is Taking a Harder Line on Oil Prices

→ Al-Falih says cuts should continue even if there’s a shortage
→ Kingdom needs higher prices to implement economic reforms: RBC

For decades, Saudi Arabia was the voice of moderation within OPEC, pushing back against the urging of members like Venezuela and Iran for higher oil prices. That role seems to be shifting.

Thanks to OPEC-led production cuts, crude prices are double their level two years ago and bloated oil stockpiles are almost back to normal. Yet Saudi Energy Minister Khalid Al-Falih wants to go further...

That's all the excitement there is for now holly. Possibly a great future but boring to hold at the moment. - for me it is anyway.

No more twittering, no more videos or conferences, seems all's gone quiet for a while. :0( Hope Schroders are busy though!

Seems only tweets we're getting are from birds in TG's garden.

Wow brilliant Thanks for sharing . Totally agree with you there about enjoying nature. Get sparrow hawks here too the sparrow is huge. Slightly away from nature I'm really in to ufo sporting as well. I have been so lucky in what I have captured . Is kind of nature as well really just not many privvy to it. I really have seen and filmed some incredible things over the last 15 years or so. I just can't belive what is flying above us all in the invisible spectrum which my specilased camera picks up. Clear objects travelling 30 000 mph or more Slow ones , stationary ones.Fleets that change formation while flying silently over head . Object that's have approached within 15 metres of me and witnesses. Sometimes visible to naked eye other times cloaked in IR. Even filmed one morphing massive craft 200ft across that was there for 4.5 hrs and recorded it for 2.5 hrs! Recently seen loads of fleets of these silent extraordinary flight capabilities objects not birds planes balloons flares drones Chinese lanterns swamp gas lol My next challenge is to try capture these in same shot as commercialairliners or Hercules planes that pass by on occasions.

Creating specific teams for particular tasks is a good move imo, it allows individuals and teams to become well experienced and knowledgeable, it can focus on someone’s particular experience or skill set with that knowledge passed on..

If a fault or problem occurs the teams, will have the knowledge and experience to identify and rectify in the shortest time possible (eventually).

The benefits of good operational maintenance :)

In fact the biggest legacy issue that probably prevailed would've been the team morale! All the employees wondering if they'd have a job for much longer under the previous regime! Leo (reading his Taqa cv) is renowned for improving the spirit and making people and work more efficient.

Gotcha! Expect the unexpected..

It’s reassuring that Leo is keen to find problems and find long term solutions too, all adds up to more efficient production.. any luck some more issues can be found to fix :)

Garnheim80, By the same token did we expect the legacy issues which held our production back? Like I alluded at the time of the visit to the pump manufacturer and others also commented on the pi$$ed off look in the pic, that there was a hint of something amiss. I also said at the time (probably to an extent applies for Leo) that we don't really know what can of worms they will find left behind by Ritson. Let's hope there's nothing else to fall out of the cupboard. GL.

Tony Hawkins and Troy Wilson have been appointed to deal with improving the known legacy issues or at least make improvements.. were there any other legacy issues?

IMO, trading/churn is a good thing. Some may become LTH's (some reluctantly!) and it is the trading that provides LTH's the opp to top slice or add, just ask Schroders. Considering the company is undergoing a transformation, imo, at this early stage, progress update on activities is vital to attract/retain shareholders. I don't have an issue with quarterly PRODUCTION updates, but it's the strategic progress that I seek.... unless of course there are more legacy or bureaucracy issues that are holding us back.

Possibly not looking at getting rid of traders.. more so changing the type of trader! Maybe that’s what Shroders is working on?

There’s no need for monthly updates imo, CERP is in a safe position, quarterly updates should be providing pretty solid news re: production/development.. an RNS could always drop at anytime outside operational activities.. the unpredictable is so much better :)

holly, that's a reasoning I put to rossannan, by being predictable it amounts to aiding traders with their timings and creates spikes. Not really clever stuff if Leo wants this to become an investors share as opposed to a trading share.

burnie38 did post something worthy of repeating on LSE yesterday, few here would disagree .......

"In the meantime it would help to maintain positive sentiment if the company could update investors on how well the 2018 programme of works is progressing. Long periods of silence may be in keeping with majors but fledgling companies need to keep their investors well briefed."
