Hi Dafrog I thought they said Trump was avoiding London because of that reason of the protesters and he doesn't want that any wants to go to places where he's likedSo I'm surprised he is going to London

Well whoever goes kindly ask them, aside, who has been reducing their holding over the past few weeks. They'll know and likely, face to face, give the answer.

If it is Lind, as widely suspected, not impressed with their 'orderly' disposal.////// I very much doubt that the seller is Lind,as they were selling when the bid was under 4.5p and that is the price Lind get shares at. Lind would just stick to taking their repayments in cash! Imo I think that the seller is closer to home,Cerp themselves in fact! This smells like forward selling of placing shares but that is just imo,we shall see.

I like Central London and The City. Spoilt a bit by congestion caused by bus and cycle lanes. Not the best day to be in town though as Trump visit yobs will be there. I can't attend as at RIAT.

I was thinking about it TG. I now need 9.5 break even on cash used to be in twenties but massively averaged down Sipp I need , well let's just say a miracle for that .... But I'd rather have cash breakeven low as opposed to sipp as you never know I might not live that long or have bad ailments when that old to take sipp and lack of energy then . So cash isa account is king here n now for the living life.

Anyone going to the AGM?

I would go but the rail fair would cause severe erosion to my recovery. (I need 8.4p to break even.)

offerman, I doubt very much any of the directors will be selling. I can't see any reason whatsoever for them to do so. Of all the people, surely they'd have much better idea where this is heading and their next year's 50% salary @ 5.1p, surely it makes sense to hold them? Also, regardless of how many shares they hold, I believe (?) they must declare any sales. Of course I stand to be corrected on that assumption.

Different story re their purchases as a lot of the times they are stuck in the 'closed period' (AGM + imminent deal(s))

Hi CCRYes the seller or sellers have been around what seems to me to have been 2-3 months now.It also occurred to me that the directors and senior management have been paid in shares and exerciseable price of 2.5p for the first year and the bar has been raised to 5.1p for the coming year.So I'm wondering with so many sales that have come through if in fact has been from the directors themselves or senior managers and employees so therefore there would be no notifiable RNS Holdings. So I just wonder possibly could be all the shares that been paid to them could be those that have been offloaded. And of course there are the usual suspectsIn DL NR LindAnd plenty of other large orders below the 3% threshold.
