Roseann,

Just a few moments ago:

"As of next week TRIN will have zero leverage."

That assumes that both conditional and non-conditional parts of the placing completes. Money is only as good as in the bank, when its in the bank. As part of those loan notes are management etc yes they are likely to complete. But just pointing out your double standards. But then CERP holders know exactly how slippery you operate, they don't need me to enlighten them.

Oh as for TRIN you've been ramping it endlessly for months on here with examples like "TXP and TRIN offer much higher upside than CERP both short and medium term". I remember that classic not too long before the placing. Then smack those poor suckers that fell for that were slapped with a 15p placing. I cannot be bothered reading over your past duff to quote you on here or on the nutter's CERP thread. But its all there for folks to read. You've been doing that practically since you sold LGO/CERP

Regards,
Ed.

After waiting 3 months, it's only four days until Friday 13th. At least we will get an RNS, even if it is just to say that all resolutions have been passed.

I also hope that the 5 year strategy has been reduced by a year, now that 12 months have passed.

12bn - thanks for your market info - I doubt it scared many into selling as price was blue at the end but I applaud your new posting approach - it's when you try and editorialise it all goes pear shaped 12bn!

You still haven't told us how many Lind still hold - I reckon on your calcs they have probably sold what they had 5 times over but I'm happy to see your detailed schedule - you seem to be struggling to find things to do at the moment whilst you sob over your KOD losses!!

Roseann,

Quit ramping again fella, its only if their subscription and open offer complete. Only part of the heavily discounted placing was firm, the rest conditional. You're again counting chickens.

Only if I were a non-cerp holder would I risk missing opportunities, but I hold here so no risk there. Its LK that's gonna turn CERP into a mid cap, you'll find that only at CERP for your comparisons. True though the premium was mostly taken out of TRIN quick smart with that placing at 15p even though you had been shamelessly touting it on the CERP threads at 25p+.

Regards,
Ed.

Wayne Brasso,

TRIN and TXP trade at a discount to CERP in terms of 2P and production due to their massive leverage and therefore much much higher risk. TRIN at least is trying to get their debt under control, TXP are just kicking that can down the road and have removed that $5m safety net so that they can throw caution to the wind with more drilling. Big risk using debt to try to increase production in that way, ask our former CEO. They should really try to get the most out of the wells that they have rather than relentlessly drill more. They haven't increased production very much in the last 5 years or so with all that drilling. They need a more stringent focused approach like LK brings to CERP, or perhaps diversify outside T&T to a more lucrative economic regime as LK plans to do here. Although there is a very high chance of LK doing a $10s m deal here at CERP there's little or no chance of that happening at TRIN or TXP given their current leverage. That will also account for the premium if you base your views entirely on 2P and production, that's why most investors look at more than just that.

Regards,
Ed.

Sad news.

holly, if Schroders chose to sell any shares, my advice would be to hold on patiently until I have sold mine.

Agreed holly that’s the last thing we need ,a bit more institutional buying would be just the ‘ ticket ‘ .

ccr1958, obviously peeps are not buying in to the 'strap in for long term' philosophy. That's typical AIM I am afraid. I'd be worried if Schroders choose to de-risk their investment....I'd be out pdq should that occur.

A question for anyone that has more knowledge...

From my experience, the directors remuneration has to be approved by the shareholders (at the AGM). So how come they can confirm the next year salaries without seeking that approval? Does the remuneration committee has the power to do that?

And these constant small sells are as much of a detriment to the share price as some biggies. Frustrating atm.

....and I see that Southgate is being credited with waistcoat sales going up 35%. I thought our Leo was pioneer of the fad...along with the purple tie!

Morning TG et al. Don't worry, Leo will remind you (in case you've forgotten!), the customary reference to doubling of production at the AGM. Hopefully some attendees will grill him during the Q & A, and get some detailed answers unlike the website.

Guys, re the ambiguity of the labelling of graph's x-axis, just take a look at the two graphs that follow it and you will note that on BOTH of those the X-axis label are clearly written as end of each month. Therefore I presume they, in their haste, 'forgot' to be consistent. I take it ALL graphs to be end of month figures.

Bloody hell, steady on CERP , noticed a small blue rise earlier now back down again to more normal procedures .....

Carpadium, I see your point but that is a very unconventional way to create a graph.

Anyway, I'm not impressed with the progress so far so I doubt that production will have increased very much in the last three months. I sincerely hope that I am being unduly pessimistic.
