08/3/2018 08:29 | Steady buying and then a 500k dump, why and who? Could it be Lind dumping 4.5p shares for a quick profit? | 12bn
08/3/2018 08:15 | Do not be too harsh on rossannan,he held lgo all the way from over 6p (120p old money) to under 1p (20p old money) and he averaged down here all the way (read his ramps from that era). He has lost a lot of money here and whatever he made from shorting this will not have compensated for his losses. | 12bn
08/3/2018 07:32 | Northpole2,'frustrat | 12bn
07/3/2018 23:06 | Northpole2 - looks like ole copycat 12bn jumped on the placing bandwagon just in time for the CERP announcement on the subject - par for the course I'd say! Good to see you were able to put him straight on it - doubt it will sink in - I think I was too generous with the 1 minute MRI scan - perhaps 30 seconds? | arrynillson
07/3/2018 17:52 | And the company says it is fully funded for all costs in 2018, including G&A, planned capex, loan servicing and for all places, London, Trinidad and Spain. I think you were wrong on that in the past too 12bn, saying the funding wouldn't cover G&A and loans. Must be really frustrating for you 12bn. | northpole2
07/3/2018 17:48 | No placing if you look at the Q&A answer on CERP's website today. A very clear statement from the company! Including things progressing well on all fronts. So it is you who is wrong on the placing 12bn, we have seen. Looks like the trouble ahead is just in your head. Must be a song there somewhere. | northpole2
07/3/2018 16:25 | I just had an idea as to what could be causing the downward trend.Could it be some people have been offloading in order to offset crystallise losses for their capital gainsOften in March can see a sell off due to people selling off losses to claim against gains less tax to pay so affectively they are making money I selling at a loss as opposed to hanging on for potential gains then they can reinvest after April 6th Just a theory I could be wrong | offerman
07/3/2018 16:22 | ...obviously the large investors are being fed as and how they want it....LGO couldn't command that kind of control as they struggled all the time with NO true assurance of the future benefits whilst struggling for the weekly bill payments. What happened to 2p 4p 6p 8p 10p etc etc on up to 25p...err 26 yeah right. Obviously the early LGO buyers and holders are no longer required so are being sidelined. | keiwi
07/3/2018 16:06 | Updated Q&A There is market speculation that a placing is imminent, can you confirm? There is no requirement to raise funding in the short to medium term to fund our current activities and no placing is planned or imminent. As previously announced, the Company is fully funded for our planned 2018 work programme. The 2018 work programme includes all costs of running the Company’s activities in London, Spain and Trinidad, including the costs of our capital work programmes, all G&A and the servicing of our outstanding loans to Lind Partners. Management continue to focus on delivering our targets, increasing shareholder value and are making good progress on all fronts. We will update the market, as required, in the near future. | jcgswims
07/3/2018 15:17 | Talk of placings I see, well northpole2 has assured us that there won't be one but I think he is wrong,we shall see. Maybe it is only Lind selling another batch of 4.5p shares? There may be trouble ahead.......... that's me singing. :) | 12bn
07/3/2018 14:58 | Well I am champing at the bit and I have never traded a share in 17 years. It's no fun being kept in the dark while your profit just dwindles away. If you held the shares rossannan, you would know that. dafrog is correct. The initial elation has gone and this has become a boring share to hold. We all know how AIM shares work. We will see T20s placed in the run up to the quarterly results and then a capitulation on the day. I can't see the share price reaching double figures if the three month silence continues between reports. | the guardian
07/3/2018 14:25 | AS there is no news between the 3 monthly RNSs, except essentials, folk are bound to sell and use money where there is something going on. Very boring being kept in the dark for 3 months at a time. Need the excitement of shares as well as the profits. Just buy the week before RNS due. | dafrog
07/3/2018 14:14 | Spot on Nash no news no updates same old aim drifter | markbarker
07/3/2018 14:12 | shroders wont allow share price to go deeply below their entry price of now averaging above 5p. so, i will rule out placing we are down more to do with PIs bailing out as tired of waiting. | nash81
07/3/2018 13:58 | Agreed 100 % TG | offerman
07/3/2018 13:57 | Wasn't my idea or suggestion was something I read on lse. And even it wasn't right as if I misread it my own personal opinion as I stated was that no placing as I specifically remember LK saying no further placing . | offerman
07/3/2018 13:47 | Guessing is all Koot leaves northpole2. | 12bn
07/3/2018 13:20 | LK stated at the outset that we would not have placings and that we would work within our income. Since then, we effectively had a placing with Schroders because they got their first lot of shares at a discount. Didn't we raise £5-6 million from that deal and the Open Offer? There should be no need for a placing unless we are buying new acreage. | the guardian
07/3/2018 13:03 | Don't be daft! You're just guessing as per usual... | northpole2 |
