23/3/2018 10:54 | TG, my calculation based on 650 mill shares in issue is that 20 mill (they are free to do whatever with) nearly equates to 3% (notifiable) + other options and earlier amounts issued to them.My guess is all the previous tranches went back in to the market and possible pre-sold part of the 20 mill. | holly day
23/3/2018 10:52 | Jane, so was that your 150k at 5.84p? Well done. If you are willing to wait a couple of years, you will be well rewarded. | the guardian
23/3/2018 10:42 | I'm not sure that Lind have sold any yet. They are supposed to be looking very favourably at the way CERP is operating. | the guardian
23/3/2018 10:39 | Well, there's no declaration from LIND. So all the tranches they've had, must be sold, except the escrowed amount. Wonder if they'll wait for the spike to 'maintain an orderly market' ! Nice to see about to break 6.0 after a long drift. | holly day
23/3/2018 09:16 | Welcome on board . You're going to do well out of this little gem. | offerman
23/3/2018 09:14 | I bought 150 in addition as you can see in the chart above. Happy to hold. | janek02
23/3/2018 08:51 | If you are not bothered and think this is a dog, then why do you waste your time spouting forth about cerp almost every day when you could be commenting on something that you are actually invested or interested in? Why are you wasting your time here? If you can't care less then just stop commenting, you may actually feel better because of it. Very strange attitude you have and totally blinkered view despite new management and a totally different strategy at cerp. | northpole2
23/3/2018 08:12 | j, we now have the quarterly results, a small acquisition and a large transaction to look forward to. Spring is in the air and the company is running ahead of schedule. | the guardian
23/3/2018 07:53 | Maybe no update until after Easter if there is more than one topic to update on | nlmbidc
23/3/2018 07:33 | Northpole222 Mar '18 - 09:54 - 816 of 818 0 2 0 So what, even if Lind are? Yesterday you predicted at 8.02am a steady fall when the price was around 4.6p. It ended the day at 5.8p. Long way to go to get back to yesterday's starting point. You must have hated yesterday./////// A total pack of lies, see my post above.ps what makes you think I 'hated yesterday' because this dog had a temporary rise? I couldn't care less what it does,I am not short here. | 12bn

'There may be trouble ahead.........' just me singing. :)////////// This post at 8.00 am,not 8.02 am, was just a cut n paste of the share price at the time. It was not a prediction of what would happen that day. I also often post 'there may be trouble ahead....' it is a song and there may be trouble ahead here at some point and it doesn't mean trouble today,it is more vague than that. Do get your facts right northpole2. | 12bn
23/3/2018 00:21 | Ross - Never said you did! - couple of updates before months end! Not long to find out :) | garnhiem80
22/3/2018 22:07 | You're right Garnheim. Tony Hawkins may be costing us a bit but you get what you pay for (sometimes anyway). He has achieved a deal that your average AIM company would never have achieved and he may have been involved in more than we currently know. Quality deals for a quality company by quality directors and staff. The answer to your last question is easy. Q When would a non binding deal become binding? A When it was bound. Months of boredom and all of a sudden we have lots to get excited about and just like the Bolt deal, we have to start thinking outside the box. Leo does not have paradigms, just total focus. | the guardian
22/3/2018 21:49 | Tony “half pipe” Hawkins appointment to management could be seen a little OTT just for the BOLT deal. With the speed that these Guys work at, they’ve made moves without you even realising the bigger picture.. End of the month next week! Not long to wait.. speculation could go on and on! When would s non binding deal become binding? | garnhiem80
22/3/2018 21:36 | Garnheim80, Merger or Acquisition. Multiple Market Cap - my bet acquisition. | nlmbidc
22/3/2018 21:12 | Rossannan demonstrating how to win friends and influence people on LSE - this time losing out BIG time LOl | arrynillson
22/3/2018 20:50 | With Tony Hawkins pulling off the BOLT deal as well as he did the world is our lobster for new M&A. I wonder where? | nlmbidc
22/3/2018 20:24 | Organic M&A? Merger instead of partner/JV then! :) | garnhiem80
22/3/2018 19:50 | What do you mean? We are talking about the revelation made by Leo in his BRmedia interview. | the guardian
22/3/2018 19:44 | Didn't you guys listen to the last interview from Leo? | nlmbidc
22/3/2018 19:42 | rossannan, as long as it isn't like yours, I will be happy. After all, as a long term shareholder, I'm interested in how it will affect my investment, not how it may affect the investors of a share that I do not own. | the guardian
22/3/2018 19:28 | I don’t think he will.. he doesn’t bang that drum every month! Although Leo did hint to it in the media for a possible acquisition of something larger than SWP! He didn’t exactly directly link it the the “smaller deal”. Anything is possible though:) | garnhiem80 |
