“Now in the final stage of the road map”

Transformation..

“Finding a material field in SWP or spreading our wings elsewhere”.

Not too sure on Leo’s “scales”.. 3-5 year road map in almost one year!

“Smaller deal”.. what smaller than the SWP? :)

“The mans a visionary”..
That’s an understatement!

A great day for all shareholders. It would be nice to see some new names on here because there are currently very few posters. Looking at today's performance, I think that the 10p I mentioned may come a lot sooner than the end of the year.

Many are guessing that the small acquisition will be the Icacos Oilfield (Columbus, 50%). Located in the extreme southwest of Trinidad, the Icacos oilfield is operated by the Territorial Services Group (a subsidiary of Touchstone Exploration Inc).

I don't think that our team will be happy with someone else as operator and so it does seem to be an obvious target but let's wait and see.

The only thing that puzzles me is that why Leo chose the interview to relay the bit about an acquisition, why not add a small para in the earlier rns? Not all the shareholders check for these videos.

Steady rise would do. That would make it North East!

Bid price rising on each buy. Are the MMs short of shares?

I wonder how many of the people selling today expected to get back in cheaper :-)

Agreed edgein, several unknowns that could propel us higher very quickly.

TG,

6 working days left in this Q. Well it all depends on what this asset looks like that will cost $10s of millions. Production and reserves springs to mind, even higher upside than the SWP and we know that's enormous upside. I wonder will it involve LK's fund or will it be through some of middle eastern contacts from his time at TAQA, the man would have plenty of access to funding. The man likes to get bang for his buck so that makes it all the more interesting and he did say he'd only acquire if the upside was material. He wasn't talking about a $500m company for the fun of it.

Regards,
Ed.

Pity there have been so many sells but it should take the downward pressure off when the quarterly results come out - oh and the acquisition. Still too many traders for my liking but I can see 10p by the end of the year.

All institutions welcome.

Still a long way from your recommendation to sell at 2.2p.

It looks like the 'hype rise' is over and the drift lower is back here. 2019 is a long way away.

He has said 2019 for a couple of shallow drills Northpole2 and no set time for a deep drill,it could be 2020,2021 or later,if ever. Plenty of time for poor production numbers and a placing or two imo. :)

Rossannan, a question for you (or any one else that can shed some light)...

I note in the March production update from TXP, "-- Realized average prices of US$61.17 per barrel and US$57.79 per barrel for January and February crude oil volumes, respectively."

Can that be cross correlated to CERP? or are there different agreements in place with Petrotrin?

Whilst Leo is getting all the plaudits, and rightly so, imo there are a lot of unsung members of the team and collectively, they must be creating a right old stir in Trinidad. The way the team are going about, I am sure they are already being held in high esteem amongst the local industry and authorities. Anthony Hawking for example, our Mr. Anthony Hawkins - Legal and M&A Director must be working flat out to not only aid the BOLT agreement, the Spanish negotiations and the allegedly 'imminent' acquisition. Don't forget the recent recruitment ads. The A Team.....love it when a plan comes together!

Yep, was thinking the same whilst out and about this morning, securing the other 50% of Icacos would be a small deal. Leo strikes me as a 100% all in guy whilst TXP would reduce their debt level. Makes sense to wrap this up whilst operating in SWP ... anyway we'll soon know.

It's the biggie he hinted at that really whets the appetite!!
