What actually makes share price go down
Or up?

No large trades to warrant any movement in share price down?

If it’s sentiment who actually moves the price ?

MMS? Physically pressing buttons manually input prices to lower it?

I’m just interested to know what the actual
Process is for price movements?

Mark barker can you answer this as you seem to be a citylad?/////// Offerman is clearly a very clueless investor,I will explain how prices change maybe someone could do him a favour and tell him that I have explained it....... Firstly there are several MMs (market makers) and they all work for different firms. Each firm puts forward a price that they are happy to buy at and one that they are happy to sell at. The best of these prices becomes the official bid and offer. If a firm wants shares they may put up a really good bid price but if they want rid of shares they may put up a really good offer price. It is as simple as that but I am surprised that offerman is talking of re-mortgaging his home when he doesn't even know the basics! Someone tell him.

TG We are going to do extremely well out of CERP even if the last couple of months in terms of share price doesn't look like it .Currently 0.22p old money there abouts. Huge room for growth Excellent prospect imho We will be 10plus by end December 2018 imho Very reasonable target

MMs play with AIM shares - like today, down on no volume. The board do not understand that. WE NEED REGULAR OPERATIONAL UPDATES. SILENCE IS NOT GOLDEN.

Down again ffs./////// Leaky leaky on production numbers? We cannot blame Lind now,they wouldn't be selling 4.5p shares under that price. My guess is it is just PIs selling but leaky,leaky is always a possibility, as is forward selling of new placing shares but it doesn't look good.

Staying silent between reporting periods is fine for big companies. Not suitable for companies such as CERP. People will move their money for immediate gains. And it is boring.

kazz, I will be surprised if we reach 8p. There was a level of euphoria leading up to 7p which has now deserted us. As you said, there will need to be something really positive to move us forward. We should have already been advised about anything material which has happened and so the production figures and anything which may increase them in the short term is all that is going to raise the share price

Looks like we just gotta sit it out for a few weeks, TG, and hope the update is a positive one. Dammed if we do and dammed if we don't.Trouble is, we might only get back to our recent highs of about 8p, if we are lucky.
To think i was in profit, just, at 8.2p
I wonder if they are going for stops at 4.5p?

I'm beginning to think that I have put money in the wrong company. I'm sure this drip drip could have been averted with an update at 6 weeks. This is going to be a trader's share again.
