PUG, they said something similar 6 months ago. But yes to expect a repeat of last
FY is too much too ask. I thought SDG might do around £5.5-£6 million pre tax for this FY,
they are way ahead of my expectations.

It's an exceptional half year result, there is no other word for it.


Just under £20 million in net cash having returned over £5 million in September.

I don’t believe that to be so you can slightly interpret this as you like - there will be a big profit coming in from the decorating division that is weighted to the second half - and the company are notoriously cautious in their statements- nota bad thing by the way!

I added a small amount of SDG today as it happens, moves on SDG of 10% plus

EI, I am not currently a holder, although I do hold SDG. However, when funds allow I may buy, and in the meantime will watch with interest.
