09/6/2017 07:19 | a carefully worded RNS/SENS with a subtle hint of what i perceive as a time delay concerning Uitkomst ! | boodgewoodge
08/6/2017 08:50 | why would there be no RNS/SENS out yet ? | boodgewoodge
07/6/2017 12:48 | lets hope they're not keeping it for the 15th as the only positive news post special meeting !!!!! only joking and i believe that going forward CZA should be bringing on more laughter than the contrary which they have delivered with no shortage in the past | boodgewoodge
07/6/2017 11:50 | to delay such news should be labelled a crime | boodgewoodge
07/6/2017 11:48 | I think was released about 11am this morning. Company probably found out at same time so RNS/SENS later I reckon | 2bozmo

07/6/2017 10:08 | 1.2 Coal of Africa Ltd v Pan-African Resources Coal Holdings (Pty) Ltd The Commission has approved, without conditions, the proposed intermediate merger whereby Coal of Africa Limited (CoAL) intends to acquire Pan-African Resources Coal Holdings (Pty) Ltd (PAR Coal). CoAL, an Australian company, is listed on the Australia Stock Exchange, the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange and the JSE. CoAL is involved in coal exploration, development and mining within South Africa. Its projects include future mining and the supply of coking and thermal coal. PAR Coal is a South African company. It is controlled by Pan African Resources Plc, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. PAR Coal is an investment vehicle to acquire coal operations. The Commission found that the proposed transaction is unlikely to substantially prevent or lessen competition. In addition, the proposed transaction does not raise any public interest concerns. | 2bozmo
06/6/2017 13:02 | Must admit sold most of mine at a painful loss.... Still hold too many. Where is the investment incentive here? Too many false dawns, too long of a time frame and too little achieved. Dire! | ianio5691
06/6/2017 06:20 | Looks like the MMs are raising the bid to get sellers for these large delayed orders they have been filling | 1kiwi
06/6/2017 05:30 | Very interesting indeed, delay buy order of over 500k shares | 1kiwi
05/6/2017 15:08 | All very strange today. Can only assume they had no stock and an order to fill, hence the rise in early bid price until sellers arrived. No apparent logic to the rest of the day!! | mackie
05/6/2017 14:45 | What are the mm's playing at today ?? With a market size of 75,000 shares and a "LIVE" price showing 3.00p / 3.09p I tried to buy another 25,000 top-up, but could only get a price of 3.175p even though the buy price was still showing 3.09p on my broker trading platform - didn't buy. | channel pirate
04/6/2017 06:02 | An interesting article from Zoutnet yesterday which casts some real doubt on the mining rights for Makhado being all in place and that all regulations have been fulfilled as detailed by the ceo, although the wording and the tone of the article comes across as being biased leaning towards the community based opposition rather than CoAL , but non the less, disturbing to say the very least if we as shareholders are not being given the whole unabridged true picture | boodgewoodge
03/6/2017 08:33 | Low free float pirate. | 2bozmo
03/6/2017 06:54 | boodge, I can't see the mm's letting the share price race ahead anytime soon, maybe not for a couple of years. Too many small pi's that are just waiting to get shot of their holdings as they have been waiting for a long time trapped in this low price range. The market will need to take into account the forthcoming events, but it is my gut feeling the mm's will not let the "horse bolt", they will keep it on a "tight reign".I'm not saying the share price will not rise, I feel sure it will, but it will be over a couple of years - been waiting 10 years so what's a couple more in the scheme of things. Let's hope I am wrong though. | channel pirate
03/6/2017 06:22 | but now there is an income generating asset coming on board and a multitude of issues have been resolved , the flagship project has been modified and funding seems to be well taken care of , and yet the JSE seems to have an overhang of sellers with no real buyers showing much interest ..... is Uitkomst not producing a large enough mtpa ? is the potential income just sufficient to keep the company muddling on ? | boodgewoodge
02/6/2017 18:49 | Reality check.....there are now nearly FOUR times as many shares in issue as there were in 2012. | casual47
02/6/2017 17:55 | Yes, over 20p. | 2bozmo
02/6/2017 11:32 | thanks 2bozmo , with Uitkomst in our stable shortly we should really then be testing the 2012 levels viz 350 ZAR | boodgewoodge |
