20/5/2020 14:54 | Aim1 you don’t need to join any dots it is all in the corporate presentation They just fail to mention it in an rns where they simply state subject to no further repressing being required I think you are right it will be taken out for buttons now | barnes4
20/5/2020 14:11 | shut up you tit. | purple11
20/5/2020 10:10 | What do your dots say about the likley dates that CLNR's areas will be drilled? You always go quiet and do not answer when asked that...how long do think AIM punters will have to wait to see some prgress here? 1 year, 2 years? It's funny that you always seem to appear on these boards and post some ramping nonsense just before the price takes another nose dive...watch out below, next level coming. 0.5p next i'm afraid. | a1m1investor
20/5/2020 09:39 | How wrong the Professor was with his original delivery and he will be wrong again as there is now a tightning of the oil and gas prices over the coming months all over the world. But GAS is very different to OIL. last week I noticed that ITM Power an AIM share has become involved with Shell (Germany). A new subsidiary company has been formed with a new CEO to develop forecourt filling stations. Hydrogen is what will be offered by the forecourts and that is another reason why GAS is important to Shell. Shell are also in good company with Linde Engineering a world wide business in the development of Hydrogen applications. Just joining the dots........... | anley
20/5/2020 05:33 | Told you, it's not looking good for oil and gas. You should all really consider putting this in the bottom drawer now till next year, the macro picture is frankly horrendous for O&G. You still have opportunity to diverse some of your investment into other sectors/Co's with more potential and then re-visit this and re-invest at a later point. 20/5/2020 05:28 | Lol Anley, so that the BOD can pick and choose what questions it will answer? So much for scrutiny from shareholders. There is absolutely no reason why a live shareholder AGM or Q&A session online could not be held, it is how practicaly ever other meeting in the world is being held now. | a1m1investor
19/5/2020 17:06 | For those who wish to ask questions see below and I for one hope that A1M can ask and receive sensible answers to questions he has asked on this BB. See last paragraph. Following the AGM, the Company will upload to the Company's website a pre-recorded corporate presentation, together with a Q&A section that will answer questions pre-submitted by shareholders. Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions to the Company to be included in the Q&A session by Thursday 28 May 2020 via email at IR@cluffnaturalresou | anley
19/5/2020 17:00 | This news is important as the US market does have a bearing on what happens in the UK. What is happening is a squeeze - 1) the dire straights the US Shale drillers find themselves in and 2) the demand for gas as coal users for power cross over to gas. Today's News....... - Natural gas continues to climb higher, with June futures up ~$0.05 to $1.833/MMBtu on Nymex, after one driller moved to shut wells helped send U.S. production to the lowest levels since summer 2018. - Gas prices are also lifted by optimism about a demand recovery as states start to reopen after coronavirus lockdowns. - Warmer weather patterns are encouraging but will need to hold further into June to signal increased power plant demand, my source adds. For most investors Covid-19 came at an unfortunate time and has messed up DELT (the new LSE code for CLUFF) and Shell's time table. As for the comment on the O&G applications it has been known for some time that there would be a delay in announcing who got what and when. Hope this helps............ | anley
15/5/2020 15:42 | Lol, I can't possible divulge the details of private correspondence with the regulators on a public bulletin board, just wouldn't be right! :D I had a read at the final results again and I had previosuly missed that the O&G awards have already been moved back from Q2 to Q3 but can't say for certain that they will go ahead. I really don;t see anything happening in this sector now for another year. Ghost town again with the share price fading further down. Look into metals and junior miners, could see the biggest bull run in history there post the COVID19 peak...just saying! | a1m1investor
14/5/2020 10:03 | Did you ask them about Selene bro? 😁 | barnes4
14/5/2020 08:11 | Well, let's see if we finally get some information released through the appropriate channels from the Co, so dissapointing that you have to go to this length to get a Co to disclose information to the market. ____________________ Dear Sir/Madam We are writing to acknowledge receipt of your email, copied below, with attachment, to AIM Regulation. A further response will be provided to you in due course. Kind regards, AIM REGULATION ____________________ | a1m1investor
13/5/2020 18:19 | Lol, I think you are kidding? You are kidding right? | a1m1investor
13/5/2020 17:10 | Spelling again A!M...........its ANLEY A few days ago you were telling us all that as O&G shares were flat on their back the flow of capital was now heading in to mining...........rea Norway's central bank says it has sold its shares in Glencore , Anglo American, Sasol , RWE ) and AGL Energy for their use and production of coal. Another set of companies including BHP, Vistra Energy , Uniper and Enel are placed on observation for possible exclusion later if they do not address their use or production of coal. Norway's parliament agreed last year that the world's largest wealth fund would no longer invest in companies that mine more than 20M metric tons/year of coal generate more than 10 GW of power from coal. Sensible comments as I think you may be misleading some readers on this BB. | anley
13/5/2020 12:22 | This whole Covid thing is all very convenient | barnes4
13/5/2020 12:07 | You asked if I was going to ask questions at the AGM. The answer is now a resounding no! The co don;t answer calls or respond to emails anyway, they pass them on to a PR company to manage. Anly, why do you think the Co don;t want to allow shareholders to ask them questions in a live forum? It would be very easy to set up a virtual meeting don;t you agree? | a1m1investor
13/5/2020 11:47 | A1M............are you going to ask questions by email or by ringing the company and then letting us all know what was said? I asked you a few posts ago BUT you never replied .... why not!! | anley
13/5/2020 08:38 | It's a discraceful way to treat shareholders purple11. A lot of questions need answered here and there is a mechanism to do that openly via a video conference. It is CLNR's decision not to do this but to pre-select what shareholder questions it wishes to answer. | a1m1investor
13/5/2020 07:55 | utter tosh.i have seen many other similar rns re agms recently and they all say the same.it is standard practice due to covid. it is not disgraceful or unbelievable. get a grip. | purple11
13/5/2020 07:46 | Unbelievable | barnes4
13/5/2020 07:36 | There you go Anley, looks like the BOD are running scared of scrutiny by not allowing shareholders to participate in the AGM. Could easily has set up a virtual meeting like everyone else, including the UK government and parliament have adopted. Discraceful. | a1m1investor
12/5/2020 14:39 | Perhaps this is why SHELL have teamed up with companies who are sitting on natural gas pools............... "Work on the hydrocracker at Royal Dutch Shell's Pernis refinery in The Netherlands will take at least another three weeks and possibly longer, Bloomberg reports. Work on the diesel-making unit and the gasification hydrogen plant has just started, while work on the HV7 unit is nearly finished, according to the report. Pernis Rotterdam is Europe's biggest refinery, with capacity of 404K bbl/day". It's the GAS which is needed to make hydrogen that interests me. | anley
11/5/2020 14:34 | Lol, that makes all the difference, thanks for correction Barrie. Didn;t you partake in the last placing? What are your thoughts on it now that the share price is over 50% lower? I see the latest Allenby marketing material says H1 2021 for selene drilling (if it actually ever goes ahead). Cash burn and fund raising to pay for any new licences for another year then. | a1m1investor |
