I did post this link this morning phoebusav, but just in case you missed it, it may be of help:

hxxps://www.energyvoice.com/oilandgas/north-sea/243179/slim-pickings-for-uk-oil-and-gas-drilling/

"Southern North Sea
...No further drilling is expected in the gas basin this year."

Have you failed to notice the huge recovery in the oil price and oil stocks exploding higher left right and centre. Lots of them have next to no cash or assets of interest. CLNR is in an excellent position. Have you not finished building up your holding yet?

LOL phoebusav, that's brilliant! Ultimate clutching at straws, has to be the ramp of the year right there, LOOOL. Fantastic! :D

The reality of this is that nothing is getting drilled to 2021 at the very earliest, more likley 2022. The O&G awards have been posponed till H2 end end of August/Sep time. When the awards are announced the Co will need to do another fundraise to cover the costs of the new licenses. I'm sure there will be many ups and downs along the way but this just a twitter ramp prior to the AGM. Seen it so many times.

All the cheap shares?

You could buy at .68 on Monday

Change of ticker could be used as cover to take this up very quickly under the radar as lots of investors won't update their watchlists and interfaces promptly. Some brokers might not even be able to trade it immediately under the new ticker leaving some who are aware sat on the sidelines. Great way to grab all of the cheap shares before most people have time to react.

depends on how you calculate the liabilities...

It's been pumped on twitter with false information about news coming this month, blah blah blah, that's a pump, just wait for the dump after the AGM. That's my prediction, we can only see who's correct post AGM so come back and we'll compare notes a week after the closed doors AGM and Q&A video session is released.

Nothing exciting will be divulged, this is being ramped for no reason. It's a pump and dump and will end in tears.

Some goon has started a new Cluff thread when they are about to change their name

wouldn't it have made sense to wait a few days for the AGM to take place (tomorrow) and the ticker to change (DELT) then set up a new thread under DELT?

Looking forward to the Q&A and the investor presentation!

With the big insitutional seller with another 200 odd million still left to sell, I think we will see the price go down to 0.2p but each to their own. There is no catalyst coming here for this to do anything of any substance other than go down I'm afraid to say. 0.2p represents good risk reward.

Good summary A1m but will it pan out the way you predict

I explaine the rational behind 0.2p clearly, it's valid. Here's the post again to explain:

The problem the trapped bulls have here in relying on the discount to cash argument is that if you think about it, the cash is supposed to be earmarked for drills, so if you believe the drills will go ahead in a years time or whatever then this cash is essentially already accounted for as a liability on the books, so if you take the cash minus effective net liabilities, how much cash at hand does that leave? Add in the £2million + cash burn per year and it paints a markedly differnet picture here. IF you compared MCAP to avaible cash in this way, and projected it to the end of the year the mcap value will be considerable higher than cash. I would suggest you'd be left with about £2m cash vs a mcap of 9m. A share price of around 0.12p would be the equvalent to the future cash projection for the end of the year in this manner.
