REDIFFUSION........I don't think you quite understand the shareholder register and for that reason if it ever were to fall to say .5p then there would be a number of interested parties who would try and acquire this cash rich company.

There is over £13m cash in the bank and a time table of events which have all been flaged up by the board.

There was a nasty hang-over of stock and that has gone and a small amount of buying has now bounced the price back up to .78p (+15% gain today).

So what is next - the announcement of the 32 Round of UK Licenses - when? July or August 2020 and then no more for some time as the Oil & Gas Authority want to get everyone to settle down and sort themselves out.

One example is Deltic to hand back to Parkmead the 25% interest in a small field - its very difficult for anyone to do a deal with these people for lots of reasons I don't think I should go in to.

One has to sit and wait for events to unfold as the oil/gas industry gets back to normal production and people working in this sector slowly get there confidence back and expand again.

I hope this helps especially as you are buying assets at a discount.............

I see CLNR are up to their old tricks of not updating the market on what's happening. Why don't CLNR just tell the market who they gave the rest of the options to? They obviously want to keep this quiet for some reason.

Most shares have rallied strongly but not our beloved resources which has continued to fall to a point when it is now virtually worthless

I know let’s waste money for no reason and change our name and perhaps people will invest in us???

So I notice the selling is continuing here, some big sells yesterday. Expect more of the same. The only real play here now are trapped bulls working out how they can get out of this. Do they dump now or hope the sell of stops and thaen start selling. Either way this is not in a good place. Investing in O&G exploration now is simply moronic given the global macro picture, some people are going to get very badly burned here and are letting emotions get the better of them.

Look at the facts, O&G secotr in tatters, exploration budgets slashed, 10's of thousands of job cut. CLNR have already come on and told us last week that it's stopping all non essential work, cancelling contractors. Selene well is off untill 2022, deward farm out not viable in current climate, Pensacola well not till q4 2021 but due to extremely low chance of success, there is no chance this wildcard drill will go ahead in the current climate. All the licences applied for in the upcoming O&C licencing round have 3 to 4 year work commitments so nothing will be getting done there for 3 or 4 years. Cash burn is £2m/yr so by the time any activity takes place the cash reserve will be below the current mcap.

There is absolutely no investment case here anymore. The O&G setor is in tatters and the Co has already told you that it's going into hibernation with no activity likley for years.
