11/5/2020 10:08 | 1.75p was the Placing price.......A1M..... | anley
11/5/2020 09:34 | Let's be honest guys, which I always have been here. The O&G sector is getting hammered and really going to struggle with the effects of COVID-19 more than I and most people originally anticipated. Imo savvy investors will be moving funds from O&G into metals and mining, I said it at the beginning of the year and like everything else, COVID has accelerated this. There may be a good opportunity to offset losses here in mining stocks as i beleive that sector will see one of the biggest bull runs in history over the next few years. Each to there own but don;t be so stubborn not to look and take into account changes to the macro climate and look at where the best opportunities lie. There are some excellent, high risk, high reward junior mining plays out there if you look hard enough. GLA | a1m1investor
11/5/2020 08:53 | Yes well done for joining me in using the FILTER button It is a well known fact to seasoned investors that these types of posters are actually PAID per post to de-ramp a stock....generally when a big player wants to BUY in on the CHEAP! | cpap man
11/5/2020 08:20 | Shame we didn't get your rally and gap up to 1p Jason, I guess you were just being sarcastic...sigh :( | a1m1investor
07/5/2020 16:23 | 10 more minutes til end of the week A1M... best get typing that email lolOr buying Haha! Good weekend all | jason_scrap
07/5/2020 15:51 | There isn't an AGM arranged yet as far as I'm aware and I'm having a discussion with you about your views at the moment so I don;t see the relevance. Don't you want to share your opinion anymore? When do you think drilling will take place and how low do you think the share price will go here when the recent traunch of traders realise that there will be no drilling for at least another year now? A lot of them piled in on the expectation of a Selene announcement Q1 and they won;t be hanging around now for another year... | a1m1investor
07/5/2020 15:49 | Final hour. We could see oil rally over the bank holiday weekend if lockdown measures get lifted. Be nice to have a Monday morning gap up back to 1p :) | jason_scrap
07/5/2020 15:05 | Why not put your questions to the Board at the forthcoming AGM?? | anley
07/5/2020 14:04 | Sure Anley, you have intricate deatils of how Shell's and CLNR's meetings are being held... you used to run a brewery, stop pretending you have some sort of special insight into what is going on here...ZZZZZZZzzzzzz That's quite a specific time line your giving there for news, "within the next period of time", wow, that soon?! Why don't you be honest and say when you think this will be drilled if at all? We have all but been told that this won;t be till 2021 so no one is going to be in any rush to get together and sit about face to face to pour over anything. Face it, this has all been put on the backburner for another year, nothing is going to happen here till late on 2021 if at all, realistically it will probably be 2022 before anything gets drilled now, Shell will be in no rush. All that's going to happen here in the meantime is dither, delay and £2.5m cash burn per year...Aim investors aren't in the habit of leaving their money in longshots with a several year wait so it's most likely you'll start to see money flow out of here fairly quickly once the penny drops. It will be lucky to hold 0.5p now before the year is out. I predict this goes sub 0.5p before the end of the year, lets see who's right. Money has been flowing out of this since the Shell deal was announced, almost as if those in know knew that this wasn;t likely to get drilled any time soon...funny that. | a1m1investor
07/5/2020 13:40 | When is it again..? 22nd May..? Be nice to have some progress beforehand, give them something to talk about | jason_scrap
07/5/2020 13:13 | Our friends at Shell in Holland are going back to work sooner than we are in the UK. The national news papers call it The 1.5 meter Dutch Economy............. What this means is that the two sides can instead of talking via video (Zoom) can sit around and pour over sub sea infrastructure maps and decide on just where and what to do next. Face to face is better than remote so it may be that within the next period of time we will have movement and news on the two licenses and perhaps news on when the AGM will take place as well. Perhaps A!M will like to ask a few questions and if the AGM were to be held via email/proxy voting then he need not get out of his seat and come to London...... Who knows if he will be brave enough to do this? | anley
07/5/2020 12:41 | So I quote you the exact text from the specific rule this relates to and your reply is, no "we are right and you are wrong". Lol, do you often win argument in playgrounds like that? If you care to share some evidence to support your arguement that would be a start...ZZZZZZzzzzzz | a1m1investor
07/5/2020 12:26 | Excellent AIM.....please do that........but I think you will find out that we are right and you are wrong. What is your motive in banging on about this and perhaps you are able to give us another example which you think is correct............I think you will find that difficult. What is next on your agenda A1M? Thank you JASON.........a help for one and all................. | anley
07/5/2020 12:23 | Here you go A1M... feel free to shoot yourself in the footaimregulation@ls | jason_scrap
07/5/2020 11:48 | Let me help you all out here, but you really shouldn;t be investing if you don;t even know the rules. There are 3 different sets of rules that AIM co's have to abide, AIM rule 17 is what you are looking for here. Let me help: "An AIM company must issue notification without delay of: — any relevant changes to any significant shareholders, disclosing, insofar as it has such information" While DTR5 states the shareholders obligation, AIM rule 17 states clearly it's the Co's obligation to issue notification about information it has...it has the information about LD goign below 3% becasue they put it on a presentation, whether he informed them or not. Like I said, end of week or I report them to Aim Regulation. | a1m1investor
07/5/2020 11:17 | SP Angel . Morning View . New Commodity Supercycle New Supercycle possible as nations prepare to kick-start growth through stimulus and construction programs....etc.... | cpap man
07/5/2020 10:40 | This is the shareholders obligation and NOT the companies! | cpap man
07/5/2020 10:38 | Actually anley there is a legal requirement to state that one has gone below 3% due to a placing although compliance with this is rather hit and miss! | cpap man
07/5/2020 10:36 | Does it really matter ffs... clearly it can be seen how he is sub 3%. You just want a tr1 so you can put a negative spin on it to drive price lower to suit whatever narrative you seem to be pushing. Thank you Anley | jason_scrap
07/5/2020 10:25 | That is incorrect, there is still a notice required. I'm guessing you just made that up? Point me to the legislation is you would be so kind. | a1m1investor
07/5/2020 10:04 | AiM.........and other interested parties: Sorry for the delay but I have managed to assemble the background information on the LD shareholding. 1 During 2017-2019 LD bought sufficient shares to disclose that he was a 3.2% shareholder in the THEN current issued share capital of CLNR. This information was at 28 Feb and 30 April 2019. 2 IPGL (Michael Spencer) had at the same time 11.8% BUT subscribed to the placing at 1.75p and now owns 16.9% 3 Because LD did NOT participate in the placing at 1.75p his holding was automatically diluted below the 3% disclosure level and as such no notice by law is required. AIM....you can speak to the London Stock Exchange and they will help you understand this requirement. I hope this helps everyone and this matter can be brought to a close. | anley
07/5/2020 08:46 | Oooohhh... the suspense.. haha | jason_scrap |
