Hang on a minute chaps - some points need looking at and others are silly.

Mr Cluff is a difficult person - in my view - but is getting on in years and wants to go out with a bang. Bearing this in mind and provided the gas is down there there is no reason to comment any further on the facts he has presented in his report. He will have been asked to verify them along with the rest of the board.

What we are concerned with is the time table and I have tried to warn everyone of some of the events which will and hopefully take place in 2017.

Starting with the Options in May followed by the AGM at the end of May BUT the missing date is when or has he got a driller lined up?

Some say he has one for one gas area another says no one is interested in any of the two areas yet CLNR wants more areas to look at..........all a bit woolly to me so we shall have to wait and see.

Some of the posters are straight forward gamblers and if you look at the substantial holders there at least 4 stokbroking firms with 10%+ of the equity who could be sellers on bad news and buyers if there is.......what?

I still say that he will pull off a deal but as I have warned he is a difficult person but he still needs to make money otherwise he will have failed - you only have to read his book to see what I mean.

Its the art of the deal.....

Most transactions are for immaterial amounts. I.e. Private investors looking for quick profit or taking their loss.
One could then say that is good news as major holders sitting tight .
Still worrying. If only one party interested then if they back out or the deal offered is poor it's goodbye from us as they say.

Just stating how I see this based on current information to hand .

Buy buy buy
Remember this company has not made one penny of trading income since
Inception
But for you
This is the big one, buy now!

No cash needed unless buys more licences etc etc
If any one remotely interested then share price would have moved as small leak of news is inevitable.
This is high risk investment .
AIM is stuffed full of similar companies that go bust.

I am of same opinion
Can see further dilution coming around June . They won't wait till cash runs out.
20 viewed. One had decency to say uninterested .Other 19 uninterested.
Think we have a major problem.

I have been reading Cluffs Report & Accounts and the following caught my eye:

1 The 2016 loss for the year ended 31 Decemeber came to £1.7million and that figure is the same as the cash in the bank at year end.

2 By the end of June 2017 that cash will have dropped to £800,000 so you can see in a very simple way the cash burn. Most of this is salary payments to the 3 directors so....

3 By September there will need to be a fresh funding if the business is to continue.

I like many think there will be a deal and Mr Cluff is pushing hard because he has share options about to expire by 22 May 2017.

I have kept the figures simple and some may wish to comment but the point is time will run out especially if there is no deal within a short period of time.

The trend now appears to be for weak holders to sell early on and for the small share price falls to be reduced or more than cancelled out later on.

Buying and holding CLNR is doing fine so far - at least for me

This can't hold the smallest of rises, you have yo laugh as this is being played like a fiddle, with the amount of gas we have this should not be at 2.85p simple as!

If Cluff secures a good deal for us in a partnership, I see this next stop at 15p not 6 or 8 p that's my take on it!
