Anley I have seen it happen so many times, Cluff doesn't have the funds like you say, PMG do have the funds, what would be a good result for us with PMG share offer?

I hope you are right but my assumption is based on Cluuf doing everything himself and not wanting to move over.

Your scenario is PM getting Cluff on an agreed price and for the board of CLNR to go and with it all the office costs etc.

Let's see what happens...........

Allenby Capital's broker note in June 16 mentioned funding required before end of 2017

as you well know they raise 2 - 3 months before hand rather than wait to the 11th hour

Agree, if they pull off a farming deal this may be reduced as lower dilution etc

Most companies are often 'conflicted' and like politicians are best taken with a grain of salt what making statements - i would be happier taking Anley's logical case as put forward, it makes sense and he's not conflicted is he guys

YES they do but at the AGM assurances were given that his would not happen so again this all has a part to play in the big announcement that CLNR have to make.

Let us look at this another way and remember I have been in and out of these shares for some 3 years and at the price they are today I am even. Bear that in mind please.

April and November 2016 CLNR raised £2.5m and by December 2016 there was £1.7m cash at the bank. Now there is a clue...........

During that period over £1m of salaries and office costs were paid so I maintain that by December 2017 there will be under £800k left after any further imperment charges and other costs such as fees etc. That in my view is not sufficient and nor will the auditors like that position.

At the AGM I asked the question on capital and the reply was Yes we do have cash but more will be required. No date was mentioned.

On another topic which concerns the complet write off of the Share Options. All of them expired in 2017 so when the "big" deal is announced then look for new incentives as that will be dilutive. I have no problem with options but I do have an issue with how some deals are structured so it remains to be seen what is going to happen here.

I will say it again that I like CLNR and the way its managed but you have to keep on top of companies and how they are run. For most who gamble on AIM its a turn they are after................CLNR has the gas but not the capital to extract it but I am gambling that Cluuf will pull off his last big deal.
