I have known that but a fair chance and incentives have been necessary for management, however without results although they may still come change will be necessary. Buying on dilution should be ok, it was last time.

At long last you are getting to grip with what is and has happened........cost cutting and other forms of incentives are needed.

I don't think I need say any thing else at the moment except to say that dilution is on its way and private investors will not be allowed in to the City club.

Anley you have mentioned it before but if we have to go for a new funding round I do think that in all fairness director remuneration needs to acknowledge the situation. If things are going well it shouldn' t come to that but were putting up our cash, that should not keep being diluted by salary burn without results

A word of warning to you all....................

CLNR will run out of working capital by the end of November therefore a funding has to take place. The company confirmed this at the AGM.

Therefore a broker to get a small capital raising away will look at a dicount to the current price and that for me is +/- 2pence.

August is when we should expect the data room to close so any announcement looks to be September so in the meantime there is nothing worth while to say.

We shall have to wait and see................

took a profit and moved on- your holding was hardly worth it based on your allocation to ukog as you disclosed and i probably made a lot more in monetary terms than you did with your rather modest allocation

i suppose we all have to place a bet within our limited means, some have more limited resources than others!
