Please explain the lie............if it is that the French will not be issuing onshore licenses then that is true BUT please tell me where there offshore licenses are and don't give me some far off land they may have an interest in.

Bear in mind that the article is what you might call "current French policy" and of course could change in due course.

anley8, there were some shenanigans going on with CNA a few weekends ago............Article in the weekend papers, about a take over, and was sold into on Mmonday moring...........all very naughty....IMO.
