Easier to trade in/out of SREI (now done so 4x); though they could be near to a breakout North through the 38p barrier...

Should see At least 2.25/6 here on a deal confirmation imv.

If we can breakthrough that level, then hopefully onwards towards £2.50

a share as others have mentioned.

Marked share price relative underperformance v SERE over recent months,.

SERE has some industrial, however it also has some retail and is 100% Europe ex UK.

A near 40% NAV discount for CLS, particularly given the longer term record, looks attractive.

Would expect to see some asset sales over the next 2/3 months.

The IC buy tip write-up concludes with 'However, the (Brexit) risk seems to be more than adequately accounted for in the deep discount attached to the group’s shares. Arguably, that valuation also does not reflect the benefits of the diversification in CLS’s geographical exposure in comparison to peers.'

Cool heads required for next week if we are exiting without a deal.

If the market follows it's usual form it will overreact re some share prices.

May be selective opportunities a plenty in that eventuality.

I think it is well worth remembering that many of the tenants in the UK properties are HM Govt.

Time will tell Skyship. But as EI pointed out its 50% non UK and relatively low rents so probably one of the better barrels to be in on sunday nights waterfall

Thx EI. I'm thinking spike to 195p but maybe that's too pessimistic as its only 50% UK. Saying that got filled for a few more near close at 217p

Market may be underestimating the lower cost office space

niche that CLS specialises in.

With corporates looking to save money it arguably plays right to their strengths.


Would also expect to see more divestments of mature assets over the coming months.


Just stay mideful of short term volatility with EU exit talks possibly breaking down.
