19/4/2017 11:33 | Wshak, LOL, fair comment, the cabin nearest to the lifeboats looks the best value! | andy
19/4/2017 11:14 | Wshak, There is a discussion on the LSE regarding polls v a count of hands at the meeting for the resolution votes. One issue seems to be if a poll has to be called before the meeting, or can it be done during the meeting from the floor? In otherwords by a shareholder in attendance. That could be quite important for resolution 5, I would want a poll calling personally. If you have any legal friends that would know the answer it would be useful to post it here and on LSE. | andy
19/4/2017 11:09 | bbm, The meeting may well be starting at 9 am, but the reply to the LSE poster mentions 08.30 am, which may allow for the room to be set up and coffee served of course, and the meeting may well still start at 09.00. But If I were going I would arrive before 08.30 am just in case! I guess officially it is as per the last notice from CTAG | andy
19/4/2017 11:02 | Andy, What happened to the original 9 a.m. kick off time? Were they hoping to start half an hour early & have the meeting finished before any of the CSHAG got there? Wshak, Please post that on the LSE thread, it's gone all quiet & dull. | bbmsionlypostafter
19/4/2017 10:38 | Apparently, CTAG is to be removed from CREST on 15 May 2017. Removal from CREST normally prompts spread bet companies to pay out 100% in full to those who are short. Normal practise is for those who are paid out by market makers etc, to agree an indemnity in case a miracle happens and the shares come back to ever be worth something. It's a small price to pay to have funds released. | wshak
19/4/2017 10:35 | Plaudits to P.chat on LSE for this information. If anyone from here is intending to attend the AGM in Jersey, please read the following, as the time seems to have been moved forward to 08.30! Anyone attending will have to stay overnight. --- "The company is Collas Crill. It is the Jersey office. Thank you very much for your email, I can confirm that the meeting will take place on Tuesday 25 April 2017 from 8:30-10:30am in room 3. The travel time from the airport to our offices (details for which you can find in my signature) is around 30 minutes or so by cab during rush hour, and around 20 minutes or so at other times. We have not been provided with an agenda, so unfortunately I will have to defer to Cloudtag itself on that point. Thanks again. Kind regards" | andy |
