02/5/2017 13:36 | I see Tom has raised the issue of the 22 million warrant issued to Golden Bridge Services, a company that Amit is/was a director of. I guess the interest here is if/when the warrants were exercised, and if they have been, at what price? The secondary question is what was the triggering action, if they have been exercised? | andy
01/5/2017 20:13 | bbm, The theoretical products that CTAG mention from time to time. Clever of Amit to ring just before the exhibition though, don't you think? He must realise some shareholders will have registered, (but not anyone from the SAG of course!) so probably a bit concerned there may be a scene or two at the stand. Make the SAG feel important, we don't want to rock the boat and harm our investment do we chaps? Far too late for that Amit, are you still being paid a salary by the way? | andy
01/5/2017 14:28 | What products? | bbmsionlypostafter
01/5/2017 13:08 | knigel, That's exactly the point! If you address him at the stand about matters relating to the company he will refuse to speak to you! He only wants to speak about their products, not about the company. Maybe the whole purpose of his call was to try and deter anyone who is going to the show from engaging with him in front of others who won;t know about CTAG's issues. And of course the SAG are advising people not to go, and "protect their investment", no surprises there then! | andy
01/5/2017 11:13 | When I said weeks ago that I didn't expect the SAG to stop resolution 5 folk seemed to think I was mad. It is one thing to collect emails of folk who claim to have 50%+ of the share quite another to organise them. The fact nobody could be bothered to attend the AGM shows that the SAG is really just an unverified email list. Amit still bossing shareholders around and why not? Nobody has shown any spine standing up to him. He doesn't want them at eHealth exposing the product because he wants to 4aise funds again. | loglorry1
01/5/2017 09:42 | How would he know? Unless you say "I am a (angry) shareholder" surely you can speak to him about various related matters.... | knigel
30/4/2017 23:31 | Tim has now confirmed that nobody from the SAG attended the AGM! Quite incredible, IMO! Unbelievable in fact. Some people claim very large investments in the stock, and yet nobody attended the AGM to oversee the voting! He has managed to speak to Amit , who doesn't want shareholders to attend the E-Health exhibition at Olympia this week. (Weds - Thursday). Apparently Amit is going to refuse to speak to shareholders if they attend the exhibition! Nothing new there then................ | andy
29/4/2017 13:11 | Scandic having more fun with the mugs on the LSE CTAG thread. Scandic Posts: 289 Off Topic Opinion: No Opinion Price: 0.50 View Thread (4) Business Studies Degree Question Today 08:32 A company has in a few months lost its nomad, its PR company, several directors and it is main grease ball investor relations poster. The company is developing allegedly only one product but nobody has seen it working apart from one person in the USA , who has a wife who thinks she could use the product in her health studios. Over 6 million pounds appears to have been spent with no details in the last three months. The company has been delisted from the aim market in somewhat humiliating circumstances. The board of directors ignore the shareholders at all times and the cash in the bank is virtually zero. Draw up a business plan to turn the company round and make it a billion pound stock Bill Gates would be envious of. You have thirty minutes. | bbmsionlypostafter
28/4/2017 09:47 | well I think it's quite incredible that since the AGM there has been total silence from the so called SAG. I cannot believe nobody from the SAG bothered to attend, so what happened guys? How did resolution 5 get through when everyone posting apparently voted against it? Was it a show of hands in the room? | andy
27/4/2017 10:01 | Amusing post by 'Scandic' on LSE: Flog it Programme 27 April 2217 “Well Mabel many thanks for bring in this fascinating object to Flog it. Do you know what it is?” “I found it in the attic. Not sure what it is but it’s not a watch.” “Very clever Mabel no it is not a watch. I am so excited I really must sit down. What you have found is the legendary onitor. Seems only one was ever made and only two people ever saw it according to the legend. It is the Holy Grail for collectors. “What does it do?” “Um well Mabel the thing is it doesn’t actually do anything but it was supposed to do wonders for the human race by removing all the fatties from the planet.” “So what it’s worth then?” “Mabel if you had the mystical app then you would be talking zillions.” The presenter paused “but just as a wristband then we would estimate it at between £80 and £120 with reserve of £80 with discretion to the auctioneer. May I ask what will you do with the money?” “That is enough for a regular latte coffee so that is what I will buy” “Wonderful Mabel thanks for bringing in such an unusual item.” | henchard
26/4/2017 09:19 | Wshak, Yes it's hard to believe he's a hero again, and people are calling for his appointment to the SAG! Is it called Stockholm Syndrome? | andy
25/4/2017 23:18 | The LSE board is full of con men, I'm afraid, operating under the guise of being dedicated investors.I wouldn't believe a word they say. I see that a lot of them have suddenly popped up in support of Aberdeenman - strange that, considering it's already been proven that he misled everyone previously. | wshak
25/4/2017 22:56 | ..and it's a lovely place! | knigel
25/4/2017 22:47 | Knigel, I agree, if nobody from the SAG attended, than it's amazing, and a disgrace, IMO. I hope that someone did attend, I cannot believe nobody took the trouble, it's only Jersey, hardly the other side of the world for heaven's sake! They made it difficult with an 08.30 start, but an overnight stay isn't expensive at this time of year. | andy
25/4/2017 22:21 | I find it hard to believe that not one of them went to Jersey for the meeting today - especially as some of them put a small fortune into this share. One guy is boasting on LSE that he holds 1.5% or 7 million shares - not something I would be crowing about. No one in their right mind would put so much money into any AIM share - however good it apparently looks. So was res 5 passed by a show of hands? Well no one appears to have went to tell the SAG/BBs.. | knigel
25/4/2017 21:59 | One of the SAG's aims was to put a min share price for new money raised. I always thought that was strange. If they were prepared to put new money in as a group why not rinse away all those not joining in? Perhaps someone should explain that raising at v low price is a way to transfer Amit's share holding, which he gave himself, to new investors unless he puts money in too. That might motivate them. Obviously all cash goes the same way anyway so it wouldn't bother him in the slightest. The SAG are meant to be market savy investors. They seem to think that if they put new money in at 5p their existing shares must be worth 5p+. It beggars belief. | loglorry1
25/4/2017 19:41 | Plenty of red flags today.Directors (and shareholders) resign to distance themselves from what is to come. If a product was on the brink of launch why would they quit?If a product was about to launch why would Second Chance withdraw Onitor from its range? I just checked the SC web site and Onitor page has gone."Cloudtag is pleased to announce that it expects the factory-produced Onitor Track will be dispatched to the Company shortly. These devices will be delivered through our distributors to retailers with whom the Company is currently engaged." | nod
25/4/2017 19:32 | Wshak, Exactly, people investing new money should be looking to get in as low as possible to lower their average price. I'm amazed people cannot see this, and of course that would encourage other people to invest "not to lose out" I fear that will be the MO, and with the herd mentality on the LSE, lots of easy money for Amit to scoop up. People are already talking about "recovering their original investment", which is simply naively optimistic, IMO. | andy |
