21/4/2017 08:43 | I note that the SAG claims to have a wealth of business expertise available to it within the group. Given that they invested in CTAG after all the screaming red flags, how can that possibly be true? I was thinking the same thing. In (some of) their defence I suppose if you are willing to accept what's in an RNS as true then the RNSs did sound quite promising back in 2016. $5.2m orders etc. etc. Clearly now they are just grasping at straws hoping to get their money back somehow. | loglorry1
21/4/2017 08:42 | Wshak, Exactly! I have read the list of people that comprise the now 15 member SAG, and on the face of it there are some high quality professional people there, and I'm sure they're all honest and well meaning, and will work for the CTAG shareholders. BUT! Is there anyone amongst the SAG that is market savvy? It doesn't look like it, and as you say, if they ignored the obvious red flags, and invested in CTAG, they might have excellent business expertise but clearly not market expertise, and that's what counts here now. They need a couple of non holders who will tell them, bluntly and honestly, how the market works. I'm sorry to say it but I think Amit is going to have them all for breakfast. | andy
21/4/2017 08:33 | Andy, Who knows? I get tired thinking about all the machinations that have gone on with CTAG. I note that the SAG claims to have a wealth of business expertise available to it within the group. Given that they invested in CTAG after all the screaming red flags, how can that possibly be true? | wshak
21/4/2017 07:30 | Wshak, I have seen posters turn on a company before, and I often wonder whether it's due to their wishing to rehabilitate themselves in the eyes of posters that have lot money as a result of their ramping? If you have believed in CTAG all this time, in the face of quite compelling evidence the company have been less than forthcoming with investors (I'm being diplomatic), why would you only now see the light? I wonder if they are softening people up for some more ramping when the inevitable financing arrives? In whatever shape or form it takes. It has to come, they are out of money. | andy
21/4/2017 00:46 | Mr Selfridge is back posting on LSE & a blizzard of posts from Aberdeenman. Something's going on. | bbmsionlypostafter
20/4/2017 23:11 | I had the regular notifications from LinkedIn which drew me to check on CloudTag people. The staff is still given as 20 people although 10 of those 20 are incognito, which is unusual. Many are contract staff and have been at CTAG just a few months. I hope they are getting their invoices paid promptly. There appear to be a few changes since we last discussed employees late last year. The algorithm developer who outlined his work at CTAG appears to have left. | nod
19/4/2017 12:42 | Jaknife, Thanks, people are saying on the LSE that it is due to be a poll, but I think they need to be sure what their rights are, just in case! I agree, it should be confirmed beforehand with the Chairman. We can only hope there's no serious deviation for Cayman companies. | andy |
