04/5/2017 16:53 | WShak Fascination? you are a professional, and that is a no no in the book. Hit, control, close and move to the next. You have not completed stage three so cannot move on to the next. How ever did you lose that edge you had here, which you will soon learn is almost gone. I think it is the company you started to keep, they are too loud and too brash. You do know who the new NED works for? don't you. You put a brave face on it today, but it is paper thin to the ones who know. I appreciate the answer, I will not bother you again, some close friends of ours say hi from the green emerald. 04/5/2017 16:24 | goldbullion, So nobody here is drawing a wage then! Ok thanks for clearing that up. | andy
04/5/2017 16:20 | Who exactly is "drawing a wage"? it is when you get paid for doing something. GB p.s the question was to WShak and not you, please refrain from interference. As a goodwill gesture I decided to answer that question from you this time, but I am far to busy to be doing anymore teaching. | goldbullion
04/5/2017 16:12 | Loglorry, what a mess indeed. I cannot believe the SAG did not send someone to the AGM, it really does beggar belief, when some people there claim such large holdings in terms of shares, and presumably, money as well. Anyone attending could have called for a poll on the day, and they would have had to do it. That would have ensured that all votes were counted. They could have asked people to make a modest donation to assist someone to attend if necessary, a return flight to Jersey and one night in a B & B is relatively cheap, and could have been crowd funded. 60 donations x £5 would easily have covered it, probably less. Now it's too late unless they call an EGM, and Amit could circumvent that by completing the placing before anyway, so all they have now is the hope Amit will raise at a decent price. | andy
04/5/2017 16:05 | goldbullion, Who exactly is "drawing a wage"? Genuine question. | andy
04/5/2017 15:22 | WShak May we ask, why the interest in CTAG still? genuine question, I have never known you to keep posting this long after mission accomplished. I can understand the others, they are drawing a wage, but you are not. GB | goldbullion
04/5/2017 14:39 | So, in summary, since de-listing: 1. CTAG have not answered any of the SG questions as they said they would, especially on the subject of where all the money has disappeared to. 2. CTAG have used a technical AGM point to ignore votes cast by shareholders wrt preemption rights. the share count can now be doubled once more. 3. Timescales for commercial launch appear to have dropped back another few months. 4. CTAG are publicly best pals with some of the chief ramping crew, who admit having multiple LSE ids. Is it possible that Amit could be any more disdainful of shareholders after ignoring their votes? And people still think this company is worth something? Laughable. @WShak1 | wshak

04/5/2017 12:45 | From the LSE CTG thread. Anyone have any lingering doubts Brokerman1 is a company stooge, sent there for the 1st time a day after suspension to bamboozle the mugs? P.chat Posts: 655 Premium Chat Member Off Topic Opinion: No Opinion Price: 0.50 View Thread (6) AGM Today 11:14 For clarity I received this answer from Cloudtag in response to my question as to whether resolution 5 was decided on a show of hands. As below P.chat "In accordance with the Articles of the Company, all resolutions, other than resolution two, were put to the vote of members present and were decided on a show of hands. All such resolutions were passed unanimously. Resolution two was not put to shareholder vote as G Bereika resigned subsequent to the issue of the Notice of General Meeting. Kind regards, The Cloudtag Team" ==================== P.chat Posts: 656 Premium Chat Member Off Topic Opinion: No Opinion Price: 0.50 View Thread (2) Cindy Today 12:36 It was a disgrace but just what you would expect from the man. I strongly challenged the possibility of this happening on this board and we were categorically told by BM it could not happen. P.chat | bbmsionlypostafter
04/5/2017 12:45 | According to someone on LSE, the company have confirmed the votes at the AGM to pass Resolution 5 were done via show of hands and thus passed "unanimously". The SAG never stood a chance against it. According to one poster on LSE, Brokerman1 - the expert who appeared out of nowhere just prior to suspension - was telling them this wasn't possible and could not happen. Hmm. | funkmasterp12

04/5/2017 10:33 | Quite amazing CTAG holders are getting so enthusiastic about a sensor on a finger giving a readout on a display. Isn't this basically what IMEC sold them years ago? What have CTAG added? | loglorry1 |
