Administration affords the greatest protection for where we are now IMO .We have protection to persue any other avenue that may be open to us. Roi cannot scupper any action just to get its ill gotten gains IMO.

Not sure why they aren't publishing the interims, they weren't suspended on the 30th March so surely they are obliged to?

Its unbelievable how 3 arbiters can make up rules and decide companies fate, quite clearly that award will never stand in any court.Using evidence which they struck out and saying this wasnt the a problem because ridlatama fraid involvement was huge.So why are they not in jail?

The land used as surety is now in the hands of the administrator and will remain so until creditors are identified. ROI will not be a creditor should CHL go to Paris, the costs debt will be put on hold until such time as a court decision is reached.

Rusoro wasnt cheated by icsid, they gave Rusoro a massive award, it was the state who took it to paris where is was partially annulled.
