.. in my very modest opinion it's not the length of someone's member that should be the barometer of their comments praiseworthiness.

Hungry a poster gives an opinion and thats the end of it, a continual rant on the reasons for that opinion is counter productive. Ok you see chl as a loser, any genuine poster having researched and found such would move on, but a shorter sticks around posting utter drivel that becomes uninteresting and frankly, quite boring. Example such as bad robot and 11 per cent to name two, off the wall lunatics.
Surely hungry your talents would be better served spouting your spleen somewhere else.
Me? I am a buyer, stock piling.

hungry I think you will find most people here have a reputation to consider and post responsibly IF we win.
We also have our own ideas of the odds here.
We are not masquerading under different names daily thinking we can say whatever we like .
We also have the sense to know nobody would listen

MY view is the last of the traders are forced to exit
Investors creeping in
Longs mostly staying put
Shorters were working overtime yesterday to protect their stoplosses being hit after shorting app 20ish.

It is only when the ROI stepped outside the rules of the BIT treaty, that our government could do something. I believe that is also when DQ put pressure on the Australian government with his letter to them.Whether any pressure/ persuasion was exerted on the ROI, we may never know.

Uhhhhmmmmm they HAD defaulted on at least 3 deadlines
We had to go for Rule 42 and ask ICSID to inform them and give them another 2 wks {or whatever Icsid thought} grace to pay and explain.
They have now paid but not explained !

neo, Chl stated that ROI had defaulted but as ROI actually paid within the generous time allowed by the arbitration, my understanding is that you could not say they defaulted? |Ultimately ROI paid their fee in time and are still part of the arbitration so Government's have no right to have a word with a anyone.
