cloudBuy AGM Statement

cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the global provider of cloud-based e-commerce marketplaces and B2B buyer and supplier solutions, is holding its Annual General Meeting at 10.00am today, at which Lyn Duncan, Chief Executive Officer, will make the following statement:

"Recognising the short period since we updated the market on progress as part of the publication of our annual report, I nevertheless wanted to give shareholders an update on progress with some of our key contracts over the course of the last month.

"Our major project with NHS SBS system is now live for all 209 CCG's to use. This is for the PHB Choices Care Marketplace. Over the course of the last month PHB Choices has signed contracts with a number of NHS organisations bringing on 26 CCG's to add to the 3 initial pilot users. This gives a total of 29 CCG's out of a total of 209, with a strong pipeline of CCG's looking to follow on.

PHB is dead -

It has been going on for 3 years with SFA to show for it except millions spent and an alexa ranking which shows no one is using it!

Numbers do not lie -

I suggest you go to all projects and see that the best alexa rank for any was around 9 million!!

The two exceptions cloudbuy.com which is still sh*t and ukplc.com which is the best but losing revenue hand over fist -

The best you have is the company formations division which was supposed to get rid of in 2013!

Horrific - !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think there is a tech company that has has had the chances that cbuy has and failing at every level -

Simply put it - costs are under control and they expect an upturn in transactions following government targets to start to bite post April. You take your choice - if you don’t believe revenues will start to increase then don’t buy - if you think they will benefit then you could buy or hold - I am not saying you buy. Now having said this I can honestly say with confidence I won’t get a reasoned response but some childish response.

Creditors - 1.32million -

Dwindling contracts means no way to pay creditors unless Sella stumps up a further £1mil on top of the 750k to keep the pyramid going -

Heck why not make it an extra 2 million!
