I would say this is not even worth any equity i.e zero -

Executive directors have declined 1000 quid in shares -

ii. Incentive Shares

· £1,000 of cloudBuy shares will be awarded to all UK employees under the Group's HMRC approved scheme issued at the closing price on 20 March 2019.

· Vesting will be after 3 years.

· The executive directors will decline this award.

I expect Paddy/Tara to turn up and tell us that is now in the past as we have been told every year for as far back as I can remember. I can confidently predict that the present past will also look as dire. As will the future past.

They have managed to burn through £1.7m in the year, lose £2.1m, the BS has a deficit of £5.8m. These results can only be described as less than "Stella".

But do look out for Williamtrollevenleybless buying more shares in this Billions making POS.

The reason why after those results this is not 0.50p is because there are no buyers and sellers -

If Sella converted all his stock at 2p this would be capped at current levels to over £10million market cap - !
