I particularly liked the way Ron bought a paltry amount of shares to pull in some buyers and push the price North before selling out to equities first.
Scum should be in prison and if l was a shareholder here l would be speaking to a half decent solicitor.
If that isn't price manipulation,l don't know what is .

Add up the warrants and you can see have a listed entity is simply a cash cow -

All for a failed company with less than £1million turnover with a buggy software that no one wants and massive losses year on year and a balance sheet with MINUS 5.3million on the balance sheet!!!!!!

Almost £25million for the P.O.S - !!!

What do they have left ? Nothing apart from DEBT!

Pros

Very relaxed environment with a no blame culture.

Cons

Nobody has a grip of what's going on or needed. Seemingly unable to plan, build and deliver even the simplest of projects.

Advice to Management

Be honest with your staff, customers and investors. There's so much BS I think senior management actually believe it themselves. Weed out the dead wood. Listen to the ideas people bring to the business, so many things have slipped by I doubt the business will ever recover without a change of management and direction.

I think everyone is aware that this is an outrageously poor company... if you can call it that...Suffice to say that it's existance as pointed out earlier is a miracle... I don't expect this to survive too long..saffy...
